Welcome to Sunset Getaways PCB, a stunning 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at the incomparable Edgewater Beach Resort. Located on the beautiful white sands of Panama City Beach, Florida, this property is on the 9th floor or Tower II and boasts a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and includes balcony access from the living room or master bedroom.

When a beach getaway is on your mind, look no further than the Sunet Getaways PCB condo at Edgewater. Enter and you are greeted with the view that will take your breath away for your entire stay: the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast and unobstructed sunset views are just outside the patio doors, and the sight can be enjoyed from our spacious and comfortable living area or from on our private balcony. In the living room, you'll find ample seating on all new furniture, a sleeper sofa, and a 48” Smart TV.

The full kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs, and the dining area will seat six comfortably with four more at the kitchen bar. A full sized washer and dryer and free high speed fiber internet are available for your convenience.

The master bedroom features a king bed, a 65” Smart TV, access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Guest Room has two queen beds, a 43” Smart TV, and access to our guest bathroom with a tub/shower.

Edgewater is conveniently located near popular attractions like Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park, shopping, nightlife and all your favorite restaurants. Edgewater resort sits on 110 acres and is the only full service property in Panama City Beach. Amazing amenities include 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, 1 beautifully landscaped executive golf course (greens fees are extra), tennis, shuffleboard, fitness center, and a splash pad play area for the kiddos is right beside the huge lagoon pool.

There is free tram service to help get you where you need to go within the resort. Oceans Restaurant and a Tiki Bar sit adjacent to the beautiful lagoon pool. And a market with ice cream and Starbucks are on site as well as an airbrush shop. Multiple sun decks, chair rentals, cabana rentals, parasailing, and jet ski rentals are just steps away on the beach.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and be present for the duration of the stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the Resort's registration, wristbands, and up to two parking passes.
