Moonspinner 808B is one you want to grab before it's gone! At Moonspinner you won't have to deal with massive crowds, or long waits at the elevator, like you do at the high rise condos. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the quiet low rise, Moonspinner. Moonspinner is located right next to the best state park in all of Florida, and one of the best attractions in Panama City Beach, St. Andrews State Park. Here you can snorkel the jetty rocks, catch a trolly to Shell Island, play in the kiddie pool, surf some waves, spot some alligators, fish from the pier, and so much more! Best part too is you can easily walk on the beach to access most of the park.

From the condo you'll love waking up to the sight of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico through the balcony doors in the master bedroom. Condo accommodates your family of 6 (limit per fire code) and has everything you’ll need to enjoy your beach vacation! The master has a king size bed and own private bathroom and has direct access to the balcony. The guest bedroom offers queen (NEW BED!) bed and bunk bed (full over full).

Excellent stay!

Beautiful view of the ocean. This is one of my favorite properties because it is on the more quiet side of the beach. Even on a busy week, the beach never gets too crowded. The living room furniture is great! Kenny, the realtor was very easy to get in touch with as well. We will be back!

Quiet and peaceful!

Property is right next to the park and not on the strip so it’s very quiet and peaceful. The amenities were excellent, beach chairs and umbrella included was the icing on the cake. The beds were soft, had a keurig, everything you need in the kitchen. The bathroom towels were nice and fluffy!

Everything was great until … I opened the drawer on stove and was shock to see old food that was dropped in there! We pay for cleaning! Coffee pot has old spilt coffee. I mean what do these cleaning people do?This condo needs to be updated! Will not be staying in this one again. Overall we had a good stay.

Relaxing

Excellent stay. Couldn’t ask for a better spot on the beach with a great view. Extremely quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean and yes, needs some updating, but we were happy with the location and view. A lot of retirees there (we getting close) that were very friendly and welcoming. Grounds are well taken care of and clean. Didn’t feel like Panama City Beach down that end (which is great) and we would love to come back for another visit.

Great beach trip

When we got there, we were not registered with the condo. Had to call and have them send over forms. We enjoyed the the condo and quiet beach. Would have been just as easy to book thru condo instead of thru Vrbo.

Photos in listing are misleading. This rental is in need of repairs & a deep clean. I will say I did not notify the property manager with the cleanliness issues, we just made do. We were there for beach time, which was absolutely wonderful with wonderful amenities & views. Will definitely be back to the Moonspinner, just not 808B

Definitely Going Back

This resort is so wonderful. We go to the beach every year, sometimes twice a year, and each time we rent a condo directly on the beach. This resort is by far the best one yet. The location is perfect, the hot tub is bigger than most resort hot tubs, the shaded kiddie pool was perfect, the restrooms at the pool area were a great bonus, the rental chair and kayak rental staff were extremely polite, and best of all the entire resort/beach/pool areas never felt crowded. Absolutely coming back again!

Updating

Once we were inside the condo, there was no blind on the kitchen window. Anyone walking by could see through the entire kitchen/living room. We were constantly dodging construction, and the Friday of our first week, we received a message that we were supposed to leave our door wide open on Monday morning so the painters could paint the door. I sent the condo coordinator a message and told him that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving all our valuables in the room when we weren’t there. He was going to check into it, but Monday morning arrived Ana at 8:00 am there was banging on the door and they wanted to paint. You could not communicate with the workers because they spoke very little English. They proceeded to use a grinder and sander on the door for over a half an hour. Once the door was opened all the way, all the old paint and residue from the door, blew all the way through the condo. We vacuumed and mopped but it did little good. We were credited a small amount, due to the inconvenience. We do understand that construction needs to happen but we thought they could bypass our door and come back to it once we left the condo to return home. The condo needs to have upgrades in both bathrooms. Bathtub was moldy on the inside. Plus some new outdoor/balcony furniture would be a great improvement. I am going to try to attach a video with this response.
