The Beach & The Bum! 2-Min Walk to Sandy Beach!

Welcome to The Beach & The Bum! This unique property has everything you need to kick back and relax. Just a 2-minute walk to the sandy beach, you can smell the salt air from the front porch! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located complex. Walking distance to shopping food, and fun!

You will feel quite right at home with full kitchen, dedicated living room, and eating area. The kitchen has all your cooking needs. Full bathroom downstairs and 2nd full bathroom upstairs along with main bedroom, full bed in sleeping area at top of stairs, and twin trundle bed in the loft above the kitchen. (Home is on the 3rd level with no elevator)
There is also a community pool, and fresh water showers at the bottom of the stairs to rinse the sand away.
The unit comes with 1 dedicated parking space, additional parking can be extremely limited during peak season. *if driving an SUV or large truck, you may need to use the overflow parking.*

Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.

Sandcastle Villas is located on the east end of Panama City Beach, closest to all of the local eateries, and hangouts!

I am easily reachable through the messaging system and can be reached through my cell phone in an emergency situation.
