Our Condo sits right on the sand of Panama City Beach! This one Bedroom, one Bathroom home is on the 9th floor of the SUNBIRD condominium. Inside this updated condo is all you need! It comes fully furnished with newer LVP vinyl floors. Outside on the balcony is the stunning Gulf view with the famous Pineapple Willy's on the right. Look below and it's a brand-new pool, making it a total of three pools on the property.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking and Wristbands:

The parking fee is now $35 per unit. Armbands will remain $6 each. This price includes the sales tax and fees. A "Park N Spot" system is now featured at this resort. Guests can log in and add their vehicle and family information into the system. This allows guests to register and pay for the parking pass and wristbands prior to arrival (which speeds up the check-in process).

Based on occupancy, parking may be restricted to one vehicle per unit. For instance, from March to September, only 1 car is allowed. When the office is closed (after 5pm, weekends, and holidays), security can issue a permit and accept payment. Additional cars can park in the overflow lot across the street from Ripley's, but please note there is a daily fee to park there.

Amenity Wristbands cost $6 per wristband; guests can purchase up to 4 armbands total.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
