    Welcome to The Blue Pearl PCB, a completely remodeled two-story townhome-style villa in the heart of Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Skip the "eternal beach elevators" and high-rise crowds—here, you can park right at your front door and be on the sand in minutes.

    🛌The Space
    Our 1,500 sq. ft. villa is designed for families who want space to breathe. With 3 full bathrooms (a rare find!), getting everyone ready for dinner after a day at the beach is a breeze.

    Living & Dining: Relax on an oversized sectional (queen sleeper) in front of a massive Smart TV. The open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a farmhouse sink, Nespresso/Keurig station, and a social island for meal prep.

    Primary Suite: Features a queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and a dedicated toddler/child bed.

    Guest Suite: Two twin beds with its own private en suite bathroom.

    Extra Bath: A third full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower is located on the main floor.

    😎Outdoor Living
    Enjoy the Florida breeze on two oversized balconies. We’ve even provided a cornhole set for some family competition overlooking the resort views!

    👶Family-First Amenities
    Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered. A Pack ‘n Play and Graco Highchair are available upon request—just let us know before check-in!

    🏖️Unbeatable Location
    The Beach: A 4-minute walk or a quick ride on the free resort tram.

    Convenience: We are one of the closest buildings to the pedestrian bridge, lagoon pool, and splash pad.

    Poolside: A seasonally heated pool is just steps from our front door.

    Events: Directly across the street from the resort’s convention center and clubhouse.

    Bonus: Your resort fee and one parking pass are included in your booking—no hidden guest fees at arrival!

    Notes: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card in his/her name on which a $300 damage deposit will be held ($500 at Spring break Mar 1-Apr 15). First and last names plus ages of all occupants are required and our max occupancy (6 adults + 1 toddler) is strictly enforced. Booking includes the resort's fee and one vehicle. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

Pefect location! Easy access to beach, pools, restaurants, shops, and all of the resort amenities. My daughters and I had a blast. Teri provides everything you need and more and is super responsive. A vacation!

Home away from Home

My family has stayed in this condo half a dozen times and we just love it. I am very picky and it is always clean, well-stocked and in great condition. We love having the pond with the turtles for my nephew to feed. The condo feels secluded but is so close to great restaurants and Walmart. There is bowling and an arcade across the street, ice cream shop and sushi. The tram is convenient to take you across the little bridge to the beach. Nice resort style pool, store and restaurant. We will be back :)

We have stayed in Panama City many times and this was by far our favorite. The location was perfect with easy access to pools, beaches and restaurants while still having some privacy on our patio that overlooked a small pond. The condo was better than described and included many activities for the kids. It was extremely clean and fully stocked so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The Blue Pearl has something for everyone. We loved the lagoon pool, golf and all the turtles on the pond bank. It is close to everything you could want to explore. Teri made the process so easy from start to finish and was available anytime I had questions. A huge thank you to Teri and the Blue Pearl will now and forever be my first call when we plan future trips to Panama City.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay! The villa is equipped with little sweet stuff here and there to make visitors feel at home. Felt safe and appreciated the privacy. Plenty to do within walking distance.

Excellent Location! Beautiful Villa!

We love this property—so nice and clean with so many amenities included! A short walk to the main pool and beach made for a wonderful time at Panama City Beach. We will be back!

Great place to be, just like home

This unit is great. Has everything and location is very quiet. All the necessities are in the rental so if you forget something you are in the right place. We enjoyed it.

Best beach trip

My family and I absolutely loved staying at The Blue Pearl! It was so clean and organized. The owners put a lot of work into providing resources and information for visitors. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, and the resort had so much to offer our family. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach Vacation 2025

The Blue Pearl PCB is a gorgeous villa! It has every amenity you will need to enjoy your time at the beach. The owner was a pleasure to work with and communication was fantastic. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this rental!

The Blue Pearl was exactly what my family was looking for. It was immaculate! Teri goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. The condo everything we needed and more. She was thorough and readily available in all of her communication. We will definitely book again in the future!
