This stunning ground floor villa has fantastic pond views & is directly on the 9 hole-par 3 golf course at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. You'll love the large open floor plan great room with great views. It's furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, recliner, and upholstered side chair. There is a man-sized TV with Roku streaming. Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property, too. So be sure to bring all your devices! Your ground floor patio is just outside the sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered main patio while watching the turtles, birds and fish or your family and friends golfing on the golf course. There's plenty of seating for everyone!

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has freshly painted wooden cabinets and beautiful counter tops with the latest appliances to make cooking a joy. Your stackable washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet for your convenience. The dining table comfortably seats 1 with additional seating at the bar area for 1 guests.

This villa boasts a coastal theme no matter what part of the condo you walk into. The Blooming Water Lily queen sized bed with high thread count luxury bed linens makes you feel like your sleeping on a cloud. As you walk into the main bath you will find a large enough to fit all your needs. After a long day at the beach enjoy rinsing off in the walk-in shower with sliding glass doors-enjoy drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
