Spring Break

Location is fantastic. We parked our car and walked to eat and shop. The condo is decorated with a relaxing coastal vibe. The beds are so comfortable to sleep in. I would definitely stay here again.

Twickenham

My family of four stayed for a full week and enjoyed every moment. The home was as advertised. The high ceilings, well appointed on-suite, and nice size kitchen were all a plus. We were well positioned for eating and shopping. Starbucks was steps away! The food, clothing, and craft booths on Sunday were a pleasant surprise. The pool was quite refreshing and the multiple firework displays were over the top. We could sit on our balcony and see the fireworks shows.

Needs improvement

No blinds or curtains on master door to balcony. Could not sleep in. AC had issues. Also issues with the dryer. No table to eat at. Worst stay on 30A in 12 years.

Seacrest Village stay

The property was really nice and lovely. However, our stay was shortened because of the weather. Tornado conditions terrible rains and straight line winds caused us to leave the property two days early. Actually three days early. Anyway thank you for your time and I would recommend Paradise properties to anyone who would like to rent from them.

Quaint condo!!

This property was exactly as presented on VRBO. The place felt like home… The decor throughout was beautiful, clean and quality materials. I loved the decor pillows in the master so much I ordered some for myself online. I would recommend this condo as we will be staying here again!

Perfect for beach getaway

This was the perfect place for our family and was convenient to restaurants and the beach. It was very clean when we arrived. My only complaint was the pillows in the master bedroom were almost non-existent. We love the area and have been several other years. We’ve always had a great experience and loved how safe and secure it felt. Unfortunately, this year was a different story. There were masses of college and high school kids with no super vision. Every night there we’re sheriffs everywhere, as the kids were out of control. It was very disheartening, as we have loved this area as a spring break destination. Hopefully Seacrest as a community will work together to prevent this in the future. The condo itself was very clean and nice and would suggest it to others.

Spring Break Getaway!

Beautifully decorated and stocked with extras to ensure our comfort, Twickenham was prefect for a quick trip with our college-age sons. Great location and amenities at the shops below, plus live entertainment, bike rentals and beach tram made for instant relaxation.

Very enjoyable stay!

The property was very clean upon arrival, which was much appreciated! The condo was very cute and had all the amenities we needed for the week. We did have a maintenance issue with the front door lock mid-week, but management was quick to respond and maintenance was out to fix it within 45 minutes of our initial call. My only suggestion on improvement would be the front guest bedroom bed. The mattress is very old and very loud. It creaks loudly with any movement, which did disturb sleep some nights. All in all, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Great location, disappointing condo, NO kitchen table!

Pro: The location was amazing. It was right behind the village, close to the pool and elevator. They have 2 nice grills at the pool. The master bathroom is large. Paradise Properties was wonderful and easy to work with during booking and our stay. They got back to us quickly when we contacted them. Con: The dishes were dirty when we arrived, so we had to wash them again. No kitchen table There was a noise in the master bathroom and one of the guest bedrooms (not sure if it was coming from the vents) We knew going into the week the dryer made a noise, however it did not dry well. It was supposed to be fixed on Wednesday. We were never told not to use it, so when he came the unit was too hot for him to fix. The photos are deceiving. The unit is smaller. The fire alarm went off on the first day in the building. No one came. I called Paradise Properties who immediately called the peppery manager. Someone came out to try to turn it off. No fire trucks EVER showed up! There are no dressers in the room with two beds. It’s tiny, just the beds. *We will not stay at these condos again. If you like the location and don’t mind mediocre accommodations then this condo will work. .

Super cute and affordable spot on 30a

Pros- Communication with property manager was great. They called several times to check on us. There was really no need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. They had great dinner spots and live music. The walk to the beach was doable even with two littles. The zero entry pool was also really great for our three years olds. They were able to play and swim without floaties and felt so independent. Cons- The kitchen floor was a bit sticky and smelled like alcohol but I wiped up a few spots and called it good. I don’t think the property was prepared for all of the guests. The dumpster was absolutely overflowing because they didn’t have weekend trash service. Also the tram service took a while because they only had 3 teams running and 1 broke down on us on our way back from the beach.

Such a Great Trip

We had such a great time and found the best place on all of 30A if you have little kids traveling with you. The zero entry pool was a HUGE success for our toddler and we ended up spending nearly all of our time there and very little at the beach. Most of the parents we spoke to while we were there agreed. Our accommodations exceeded our expectations and it was so convenient to have food and drinks downstairs. Rosemary and Alys Beaches were well within walking distance and fun to explore.

We were unable to stay due to a death in our extended family. My husband is a pastor and conducted the funeral last Friday. We are hoping the owners will grant us another date since the vacation was fully paid for.

Not on the beach but just as good

We had such a great trip! The condo is beautiful and very well kept. The bedding is so nice and mattresses were very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the patio during lunch while my son napped. Such a great location and the condo had everything we needed. The only complaint was no hot water on kitchen sink and there was a noise in the bathrooms when the wind would pick up which was loud at night but didn’t keep us up. I would stay here again even if those two things didn’t change because it was just that great! Thanks for having us!

Enjoyed our stay ☀️

This was our second year staying at The Village and we enjoyed our stay at Twickenham. The room was very clean and up to date. The Village community is cute and convenient. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in the area. The wading pool area and tram service to the beach were excellent for our small toddlers. Our only complaint is that the WiFi did not work at all in the room and the TV in the living room only worked half of the time. We had a pharmacy student that needed access to the internet for online class work. We reached out to the hosts on the first day and never received any assistance on the matter. We had to increase our cellular service through AT&T in order to use our cell phones as a hotspot so that she could take her classes. This was super inconvenient and ended up costing us more money. As for the TV, we did not watch it a lot, but when we were trying to watch the hurricane coverage, it would work for about 10 minutes and then lose signal for 20-30 minutes before coming back on. When it was working, the sound would go in and out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location ok condo

The condo was clean. We were disappointed in the size. VERY small 3 bedroom. No closet for the “third” bedroom. Not a very functional space as there was no place for wet towels or beach supplies. I would not recommend for a family of 5 or more. Management team was very responsive and welcoming. We enjoyed the location.
