This charming space features two floors, each with their own exterior entrance for extra privacy for a total of 4 guests.

The top floor of the carriage house offers a private, intimate experience while staying in Inlet Beach and visiting Rosemary Beach. The top floor features one king bed, accommodates up to 2 guests comfortably, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and has a well-appointed mini-kitchen for added convenience. The bottom floor of the carriage house serves as its own private retreat. Featuring a comfortable king bed, accommodates up to 2 guests comfortably, a convenient mini-kitchen, and bathroom with walk-in shower. The top and bottom floors of the carriage house both have separate, exterior entrances.

Designed with both comfort and ease in mind, Winston at Rosemary Carriage House is the perfect option for a relaxing 30A escape without sacrificing style or convenience.

*The main house may be rented out by a different party during your stay. The driveway is common-use space and please park respectfully to accommodate everyones needs. If you are interested in booking the entire property, the main house and carriage house, please let us know. The carriage house does not have access to the pool or any amenities located in the front or backyard (behind the gate). Carriage House is not equipped with a washer/dryer.

*While this property sits on the edge of Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach and has prime views of the Rosemary Beach Tennis Courts, this home is not located within the Rosemary Beach Community limits. 32 N Winston Lane does not have access to the Rosemary Beach Community amenities or private beaches. The tennis courts are public access.

*Construction Notice: there are townhomes being constructed near by. Estimated that exterior work should be completed by late spring.

Carriage House

Additional
- Parking for 2 vehicles.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
