Was a great condo, however it was really lacking in surface areas other than kitchen counter, small kitchen table and tiny living room coffee table, no place to put things in hallway, living area or bedroom. Only one small bedside table, pedestal type, so with the lamp it didn't even hold phone charger and book. Minimal lighting in bedroom. Refrigerator shelving wobbly, couldn't use top shelf for anything heavy. If staying at Pelican Walk would suggest units on the west side for a better view. The bed was adequate, pillows awful, so bring your own. The unit was clean.

The complex has recently gone thru some upgrades in the common areas around the pools and is done very nicely as well. The property is in a great location on the quieter section of Thomas Dr. - so family friendly and easy to get in and out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! Our condo had been updated and looked so nice! Loved the king size bed! Will definitely stay here again!
