→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

→ PARKING - One parking passes is included in your reservation. Guests will be able to park anywhere in the parking lot.

→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $200 pending hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, nothing missing, or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

→ ACCESSIBILITY - Located on the 5th floor, this condo is easily accessible by elevator. Please be aware that it's a two-level unit, with stairs inside leading up to the bedrooms on the second floor.
