Wonderful Stay

The property was great. Super clean and well stocked. The beach is a very short walk, and the owners provided a wagon to transport all our beach stuff. Very comfy beds!

Great Beach Location

The house was fully stocked with linen, beach chairs, towels and everything you would need at the beach. We had great time and enjoyed the pool as well. Short walk to beach😎😎😎

The house is adorable! It was the perfect size for my family of four. A short walk to the beach, very well stocked, and such sweet owners. My husband and two boys raved about the house and spent A LOT of time there between watching football and taking a break from the beach. Thank you for the hospitality and ease of access to the home! I'd love to come back in the future!

Wonderful! Would love to stay again!!

This was our first visit to Panama City Beach. It by far surpassed our expectations! We arrived an hour early and needed to check in a little earlier than originally planned. I contacted the owners and they were gracious enough to let us check in early. We did have a couple of rainy days during the week in which the pool was tremendously useful during the break from the rain. During our sunny days we enjoyed the short walk to the gorgeous shores of The Gulf of America! Would love to stay here again! Highly recommended!!

The Host: Words can not convey the kindness and generosity of this host. Mrs. Barr exceeds all expectations of what a good host is and should be. I want to thank her for reaching out to greet us (by phone) as we arrived; making us feel as tho we were her family long awaited for a thanksgiving gathering. Thank you! The House: ADORABLE! PERFECT! Nothing was left out. It had everything we needed! A generous supply of all the necessities- in which most places will skimp. What else can I say... Very well stocked, clean, quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to an easy beach access and did I mention absolutely adorable. Oh, and there’s a pool! The hats an extra added bonus:) And the host!! Love! Everything WOW:) It’s my new favorite place in Panama City Beach. It’s a definite HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was a wonderfull house with a quick walk to a very peaceful beach .I highly recommend and the communication was wonderful and we look forward to staying here again real soon.Laguna Beach is such a family oriented place.The beat kept secret in the Panhandle.

Awesome Beach Cottage

This amazing Laguna Beach (West Panama City Beach) beach cottage is situated the perfect distance from the main attractions and the beach! Great family friendly Community! Very clean and plenty of room for everyone! Pool is medium in size and perfect for small kids! The back sunroom/den is perfect for the kiddos to setup camp. This house has great amenities and is stocked with everything you need to be at home! Just a short walk to the beach making it close enough to spend a few hours at the beach and return to the house for food. I highly recommend this awesome beach cottage to anyone.

So glad we chose this house for our stay!

This is the perfect house for a family. It's spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay, and I was able to prepare meals at home and save us from eating out all the time. My kids loved the pool and we all loved having the beach-which is absolutely beautiful, so close. It's actually less than a 5 minute walk to 2 Beach access points. We'll definitely choose this home again if we return to PCB in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Definitely the perfect property

This was an amazing experience. The property was better than advertised. Two large bedrooms with king sized beds (that were comfortable), two living spaces with connectivity, functional kitchen with all amenities, pool house with all necessary beach gear and washer/dryer/extra full sized fridge, private pool, one block hop to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. I could not have asked for a better experience. My family will absolutely be staying here again!

Cutest cottage ever!

Everything about the house was as described—but the pictures don’t do it justice. There are two living areas and two equally sized rooms with king sized beds (which are actually comfortable). Kitchen is just the right size and Julia had all the basic amenities already stocked—think flour, seasonings, plates, cups, utensils, cookware, etc. The pool was a life saver too. Not too big or small and it was wonderful not having to share it with anyone else. Also you are legit 1 block to the beach. Quick little walk and you are there! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, comfortable trip to the beach!!

Excellent house!

The host was so awesome!! Great communication and helped us find a great place to eat our first night there! The house was beautiful and was a perfect location! Short 5 minute walk to the beach and away from all the traffic! Nice quiet neighborhood, too! The pool was great! There was plenty of pool toys and the wagon to haul stuff down to the beach was a nice touch! The kitchen was wonderful stocked and even bathroom supplies including a hair dryer! Plenty of towels to use! Close to all the action in Panama City Beach!

Very nice.

The Barrs were very helpful and Mr. Scott was very easy to get on the phone and kept me updated on a service that was needed. I will say that the pictures for the listing need to be updated and it would have been good to know that construction was going on next door(if they knew) because it could get very loud. And be careful in the pool because some of the rock lining is coming off and our fingers and toes got scraped but WE LOVED THE POOL!!! I loved that they had an alarm system! The front bathroom has a very low shower head. It's more suitable for a child lol. And the glass on the side table in the bedroom straight ahead needs those rubber things underneath it to keep it from sliding. We almost has glass every where. Also I haven't used a sofa-bed in a long time so I could've did something wrong but the mattress did not go all the way to the top and my little one slide right in the gap. These are not complaints just observations. Our stay was great and I hope we left the house in great shape because we would love to visit again!

A wonderful, relaxing vacation for our young family!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing beach house! Julia was wonderful to work! Our young kiddos enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach! The home had everything we needed and was beautiful and clean and the perfect place for our family to stay for a short relaxing vacation! We cannot wait to come visit again!

Wonderful little house perfect for our family!

The house was very cute, lots more space than I was anticipating with lots of closet and cupboard space and plenty of hooks to hang wet clothes and towels. Julia checked in with us the day before arrival to ensure we knew how to get into the house. The previous reviews were spot on. Very cute cozy little house, very well equipped with cooking utensils as well as coffee machine, french press and basic items you would need (sugar, coffee, condiments, lots of detergent for clothes and dishwasher pods). There was a wagon to take items to the beach as well as beach umbrella, toys, a couple smaller surf boards and even googles! Julia has thought of everything! It was a wonderful space to be in for a week, we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The kids loved the pool, even though it was cold end of March they were still able to get in every day and moving around kept them warm they did not mind at all. The beach is only a very short walk away, we took walks on the beach daily. There were fewer people in Laguna beach area, versus 10 minutes down the road where it was more crowded with high-rise hotels and lots of people walking around. Around Laguna beach we were able to keep at a distance on the beach as well as around the area. Grocery stores are only a short 5 minute drive down the road, both Winn Dixe and Publix as well as CVS and other stores. So you can get everything you need. Overall would highly recommend the area and this specific place to stay!
