First Floor: A bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and shower.
Second Floor: Open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, large island with seating for 4, and a breakfast nook—perfect for meals and entertaining.
Third Floor: Two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and a double vanity bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer included for your convenience

No Pets
Water Crafts, Boats, Trailer, Campers, Buses, or RV`s are not permitted.
Balconies, terraces, and exterior stairways will not be used for hanging garments or other objects, for cleaning rugs and other household items, or for the cooking of food by any methods

A moderate noise level shall be maintained at all times - observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No lifeguards on duty, swim at your own risk
Arm bands must be worn by all members of the party while on property.
All guests must comply with Oceans Door Getaways rules, the community rules, and all applicable laws. Disorderly conduct, police reports, or any rule violations will trigger an inspection of the property by Oceans Door Getaways.
If a violation is found, the primary guest must meet with an Oceans Door Getaways representative within 30 minutes of notice. Failure to do so will result in automatic removal from the property with NO REFUND.
