"Little Bit of Heaven", joka sijaitsee 57 Cobia Run Westissä, on uskomaton neljän makuuhuoneen koti Seacrest Beachin toivottavassa lomakohteessa. Very nice stay and beautiful! Little mix up on my booking thought I had an extra day but all good they offered to let us stay an extra day but since we packed we opted not to if not we would have. Definitely would rebook!

Great location

Had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy 30A. There is currently an amphitheater being built essentially in the backyard but since our kids were up early we did not have any noise issues. Would rent here again.

Perfect location

This house was the perfect location. Our backyard was the pool, which was so easy for our family to come in and out. Everything was a bike ride away. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Decent house in high density beach community

The house was okay, though the living space was a little on the small side for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids - enough beds, but the kitchen was tight when cooking, and the living room seats 6 (which in fairness is obvious from the photos). We loved the turquoise Fiestaware, but the kitchen was missing some things like cookie sheets and some items were broken (whisk). The fridge is a very basic model which tends to freeze things in the very back when full. The bar stools are also not bar height, so if you are planning to have people sit there, their shoulders will be at bar height. The internet was in and out too, though our understanding is that this is a regular service problem throughout the 30A area and not specific to the property. We had not stayed in Seacrest before, and really did not like it. The density of housing far exceeds the capacity of the pool and beach, so both were incredibly crowded at all times. Also, be prepared to wait a few hours after arrival to get your wristbands for access to the pool and beach. Seacrest Guest Services insists on delivering them to you personally - you can't pick them up - and since everyone checks in at the same time, it takes hours. We got ours after 2.5 hours. They also lock the gate that leads to the central pool & park-like area until 9 am, so no taking walks, except on the streets (which quickly flood in the rain btw). We wished they had used this locking mechanism when they shocked the pool and didn't put up any signs, resulting in some of my family members getting exposed to chemicals. The tram to the beach is convenient, with a stop right by the house, but the driver of my tram smelled of weed and got lost trying to get me back - I had to use Google Maps to help him out. The good news is that there is public beach access 10 minutes away (Inlet Beach) and it's lovely. Parking is somewhat limited there, but we had no trouble parking early or late in the day. Speaking of parking, the driveway fits 2 cars, but there was plenty of on-street parking within a house or two of our house.

Very nice house

Mostly a positive experience. The 9:00 mad rush to get pool chairs was insane. They don’t enforce the “ Cannot Reserve Chairs” rule. Wi-Fi was spotty. The house and location are fantastic. You can walk to almost anywhere to get a nice sit down dinner, pizza, ice cream, live music…. Can walk to Rosemary and Alys shops too. We ended up going to the public beach area because we had grandkids that needed more space to run around in. Would definitely consider returning.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time at this property. The grounds and pool area were beautiful and the home was well appointed. The shuttles to the beach were wonderful, and the proximity to shopping areas was great as we were within walking distance. Communication with Sandra, the host , was prompt…she answered our questions very quickly. Our only wish was that the pool would have been warmer! We had a great stay and we recommend this property.

Beautiful Home in Seacrest

My family of 6 recently stayed in this wonderful home! We had plenty of room to spread out and have our “own” space. The balcony off the master bedroom was so nice! I sat out there with coffee each morning. The pool literally was in our backyard! The kids could just walk over whenever they wanted. We also biked/walked and took the tram to the beach. Taking the tram was convenient since you didn’t have to carry all your items in your arms. The walk was definitely manageable though. We also loved biking around the community. It was so fun! Kids loved the freedom to bike around. The house was stocked with everything one might need. We would definitely stay here again! We only had one issue and that was getting a hold of security to get our wristbands that were needed. No one was answering the phone in the security office. However once I informed the homeowner they were on it. They personally called property management and we got our bracelets. The owner was very communicative.

Great Home, Excellent Location!

We have stayed in this community before but this location was by far the best with little kids quick access to the pool! Home is well equipped with anything you need in the kitchen and beds were comfy for all. We will be back!

Super Seacrest Rental

This house was perfect for our group of 10. The proximity to the pool was fantastic, providing great views and activity options. The patio and upstairs porches were wonderful and equipped with comfortable furniture and a grill. The kitchen was well stocked with dish/cookware. Overall it was a wonderful place for our visit. We would definitely recommend it. Thanks for the great stay!

2nd time stay!

This is the second time our family has stayed here. We have 3 -20 something children and we like the area for biking and sugar white sand beach. Beds are comfy and outdoor space is lovely. We like the location of this home, pool is in your backyard! Although the Pool was chilly, and not heated. We understand due to COVID many items were removed such as spices and beach toys, but this was inconvenient. We prefer going to Inlet beach as the Seacrest beach is very crowded. Overall a great place and we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Trip

Sandra was so helpful and always prompt with communication. We had everything we needed and loved our stay! We would stay in this home again. It was so nice being close to the pool and having the big grassy area as well for the children to play.
