The Rather Be Here Beach Condo is ideally located in Tower 1 at Edgewater Beach Resort on the 7th floor. Overlooking the stunning lagoon pool with water falls and lush landscaping, the gorgeous Gulf sits just beyond it so you have the best view of both!

Step inside Rather Be Here Beach Condo and stroll down the short hallway where you'll immediately be captured by the incredible floor to ceiling windows that stretch the width of the living/dining/kitchen area. There simply is no better view in all of Panama City Beach. We have comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances needed for meals and snacks--including a traditional coffee pot and blender--seating at our kitchen bar or around the water-front table, and a smart TV with streaming capabilities.

In the main bedroom, you'll find a king sized bed, clothing storage, smart TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combo. Our second bedroom offers two full sized beds, smart TV, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and access to the second bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

For your convenience, we have a full sized washer/dryer, and fast, free, fiber wifi available in our condo and throughout the resort. The Rather Be Here Beach Condo sleeps a maximum of 6 guests, and pets/ESA are prohibited by the resort.

A seasonally heated pool (gets no lower than 84 degrees) and hot tub are located between our building and the sand.

Perfectly located between Front Beach Rd and Middle Beach Rd, guests can access any of the fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more and avoid the traffic of getting there. We're less than 5 miles to Pier Park, located just west of the Thomas Drive and Front Beach Rd intersection. Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, sushi, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter items of soaps and paper products. If your stay is longer than a couple of nights, you will need to bring or buy more of these items.
