The search stops here! We found the best location on 30A so you don’t have to. Welcome to Blue Skies beach retreat. Park your car and walk to the best 30A has to offer. Enjoy the five star resort style pool, the talk of the town. Walk to great restaurants, beautiful emerald coast beaches, and gorgeous downtown Rosemary. Bike down a nature trail, paddle board on the rare coastal dune lakes, catch some live music, visit a state park, sight see, and shop. There truly are activities for everyone or you can do nothing at all relaxing at our beautiful home.
Complimentary beach tram service in season from May to October or 15 minute walk.

The space
This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Brand new smart televisions, built in home theatre surround sound system, new Bose blue tooth speaker for music lovers, fully stocked kitchen with large island and stainless appliances, brand new Samsung washer and dryer with steam clean, and tastefully beach themed décor. Want to relax and recline? Brand new leather sofa and side chairs and each piece reclines. Private master retreat with King bed, soaking tub, separate shower, and large fully furnished balcony. Need beach towels and chairs? We have you covered. Outside we offer a gas grill and shaded sitting area with table and chairs perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather and relaxing or reading a book. Complimentary bottled water and Starbucks coffee.

The house was very charming and clean. So much space and would comfortably fit a large family. The main living space was spacious and beautiful open concept kitchen which was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our home cooked meals. There were flat screen tvs in all the bedrooms and a huge deck off the master perfect for watching the sunset while reading a good book or enjoying a glass of wine. The neighborhood was very quiet and offered access to a huge community pool area and beach access across the street. Loved being able to easily walk to all the shops and restaurants in Rosemary beach. I would highly recommend this home. Our host was great at corresponding promptly and very accommodating.

Perfect family getaway

Very clean and spacious. Wonderful location. Easy and scenic stroll to the main drag and pool. Driving in and out of Rosemary Beach a breeze. Would highly recommend. We look forward to returning on a regular basis.

Great spot in Seacrest

Our family and another family stayed here for Spring break. House was perfect size with 4 bedrooms. Master bed was super comfy. Kitchen was equipped for all necessities to cook in. Nice patio and grill area to hang out with a glass of wine. Front porch swing was awesome too! House is right at a tram pick up so easy to get to beach with that transport. Keyless entry is nice so you don’t have to keep up with key.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosemary Beach. The community is definitely designed to slow down and spend time with love ones. Easy to bike everywhere. Beach access was great. Our rental was clean and equipped with everything you would need.

Beautiful home in an amazing location!

My daughters and I (and 2 year old grandson!) had a marvelous weekend visiting 30A! It was our first time there and we were enchanted! Everything was so beautiful, starting with this gorgeous home! Everything we could want or need was provided and it was so clean and beautiful. We loved being able to walk to tons of shops and restaurants and the neighborhood that it is located in is so charming!! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!!!

Wedding weekend

In town for a family wedding at the town hall at Rosemary and this location was perfect! Easy walk to the wedding venue and easy access to places to eat and the Seacrest beach access. Would definitely consider staying again when we have a week to get away

Amazing house & location!

Loved the location and the layout of the house! Make sure you figure out the tram service bc it makes it so much easier! I also recommend you reserve your beach spot online 1-2 days in advance or get there really early for any availability left or set up on the non-rental side. Make sure to eat at Creative Crepes (there might be a wait but it’s well worth it) and Shades! Will be booking again!

Blue skies beach house!

We had a great short weekend trip at the blue skies house. All the furnishings were nice and there was plenty of room for all of us . There was three couples this trip. We rented a golf cart and used it to go everywhere on 30a. We ate at bayou bills, shades grill, and the hub. All were fantastic! We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Fun for family!

The location was great and the surrounding area provided food and fun. Our family was able to stay, play and dine together the entire weekend. The only problem we encountered was that the air conditioner went out the day before our arrival. The unit was immediately repaired but the carpet was wet. Although the cleaners eventually came that even, it left a strong smell that lasted the remainder of our stay. The property manager communicated the status throughout the entire process.

We loved our stay in Seacrest beach! The home was just as advertised and fully stocked with kitchen and beach equipment. The location made it so easy to walk or ride bikes everywhere we wanted to go. Perfect room layout for a family with kids!
