We planned a last minute trip and found this room. We just left this morning. Sue was amazing to communicate with and answered all my questions. The check in and check out process was seamless. The room was clean, had all the amenities that we needed. We had 4 adults and a small child and we all slept comfortably. There are several beach chairs and beach toys in the closet available to use which was nice because two of us didn’t have our own chairs. Thank you for a great week!

Great view from our condo. Pool was good. Everything is what I expected. No ice maker so pick up some ice or more trays. Overall I was very happy with our stay. Our condo was good for 3-adults and a child.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, and we especially appreciated the closet of beach chairs and other equipment. Thank you! We noticed there were signs posted to not smoke on the balcony, but it seems that any time we stepped onto the balcony, we were inundated by the smell of smoke. We are nonsmokers and we have children, so this was especially bothersome. There were apparently several people smoking on their balconies, and there was just no way to get away from it. The balcony was nearly unusable because of this. Other than that, we had a nice time!

Hidden gem

This is the second time we have stayed at the Boardwalk Beach Resort. We have been in a different condo each time. We enjoy the resort and it's family-friendly atmosphere in mid-September. Our condo was exactly as advertised and pictured. It was clean and comfortable. They had a couple boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a canopy for use by guests. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The master bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying!

Great place!

Very clean! Great communication. The condo itself was very orderly and made sure the guests were not rowdy or behaving inappropriately. Everything we needed was provided. We would stay here again!

Need a Vacation from my Vacation!!

This condo is in a great location to many fun activities for the family. Of course, the beautiful beach is the main activity for most of the day. We really enjoy ourselves on the white sandy beach and crystal blue water. d

Badly in need of updates

The management company was great with communication & response. The physical location of the building was nice; with a vacant lot next door, it was less crowded. However the building & amenities are run down. It is a shame because I’m sure at one time it was a very nice place. The kids splash pad, zero entry pool & beach bar are all great, in theory, but they all just seemed dirty & old to me. I think the unit was probably as clean as possible, but it was hard to tell due to condition of everything. It was very aged. The appliances work, but the refrigerator is rusty & stained & just not appealing to store your food in. The living room furniture is so gross we never even sat on it. Fortunately we were only there 3 nights. The bed is horribly uncomfortable. Horribly. The bathroom is very small, considering 6 people are allowed in the property. Overall I would not recommend staying here. We did enjoy the view from the balcony!

Great location, condo and property

The property and location was great. It could stand to have several updates made to the unit. The main bed was horrible. It was so uncomfortable my husband and I even tried sleeping on the bunks. He did sleep on them for several nights. Every time one of us moved in the bed it practically shook the other out of bed and you almost had springs coming thru your back. The condo is nice but really needs some new furniture, appliances and a good fresh coat of paint.

Couldn't ask for more!

Condo had everything you might need--basic kitchen essentials, basic beach items, vaccum cleaner so you aren't walking on gritty floors, towels, extra bedding items, you name it, they thought of it. The pool and beach area was super nice and the balcony on the condo felt safe and well maintained. The living room tv even had a firestick, which made my cocomelon loving little dude very happy!! The washer and dryer was a total lifesaver as well! The management was great--called to check on us and everything! Checking in was such a breeze, they just emailed the door code and we never had to see anyone in person--all that we needed was in the room! Location is great too--not far from anything! The downside (can't all be good lol) was the bathroom--goodness that shower/tub combo was TINY! And they used two fabric curtains instead of a plastic liner, so it smelled a little mildewy. And the top bunk could really use a rail. And while the beds were super comfy, the living room furniture was for sure zero stars--time for an upgrade there! It is worth noting, they do live music by the pool every night and if that's not your thing, plan to be elsewhere for that time period. You can't hear it in the condo, but you can't hear anything but that on the balcony or at the pool. Just a heads up! Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

I would stay there again

Stayed for a week. The condo was nice. Could be cleaner, not horrible by any means. Sand is bad but to be expected when you stay at the beach. Definitely take your house slippers! As far as I know, everything works. We didn't cook so not sure about stove, oven or dishwasher. The washer and dryer are small but a great plus so you aren't stuck with dirty clothes when you get back home. We were woke up a couple times but for the most part, not bad. One thing I didn't like, the smoke alarms were tested everyday remotely and scares you when you hear voices at 755 am. Close to the elevators, 5 elevators and we didn't have have any trouble with them. There's a small bar and grill by the pool. The beach is clean the sand is white. There's restaurants and things to do nearby.

Beautiful resort but the condo was not cleaned well and the furniture was Disgustingly dirty.

We stayed at Boardwalk Beach resort about 10 years ago. We had an awesome experience and no problems with the condo. Over the past 10 years we have traveled to different parts of FL, but decided this year to come back to PCB and stay where we did before because we loved it. However, this time unfortunately, we were left disappointed. The condo was way smaller than expected, there was sand everywhere. All over the floor and in the beds and sheets too. The first thing we had to do was strip the beds to rewash them. The pull out sofa sleeper looked liked there was mold growing on the wrapping around the mattress and the red couch is all torn up. We wouldn’t even sit on it without putting a clean sheet I washed to put over it. In addition, the bathroom smelled a little moldy.

Excellent view

The condo was clean and organized. The view and location were perfect. Lots of places close by to eat. The pool area was very nice. Little kids had to get out of. the pool and rest for 10 min. every hour. I thought that was very strange! Of course arm bands were required but no big deal. My only complaints are the curtain were dirty and the couch and additional chair next to the couch were not the most comfortable, so watching t.v. after a long hot day outside was not the best that it could be. Everything else though was great.
