BEACHFRONT HYVÄKSY NYT VUOKRAT VUONNA 2019

Grand Panama Beach Resort - Yksi Panama City Beachin hienoimmista lomakohteista. Grand Panama Resort on luokassa yksinään! Tämä ainutlaatuinen lomakeskus avattiin elokuussa 2007 Meksikonlahden kristallivalkoisella hiekalla Panama City Beachissä, Floridassa. Tämä lomakeskus sijaitsee 35 hehtaarin turmeltumattomalla rannalla.

Grand Panama Beach Resort -hotellissa on nykyaikainen arkkitehtuuri, ylelliset majoitustilat, valkoiset hiekkarannat, täyden palvelun kylpylä ja upeat uima-altaat. Tonttiin sisältyy kauniita puutarhoja, runsaasti suihkulähteitä ja vesiputouksia, kävelyreittejä ja rehevää trooppista maisemointia.

Tässä tilavassa kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyyksikön, jossa on vähintään 1100 neliömetriä, tilaa on paljon koko perheelle. Meillä on king-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa ja queen-size-vuode toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Siellä on myös joukko täysikokoisia kerrossänkyjä sekä vuodesohva. Tämä kaunis huoneisto voi nukkua jopa 10 ihmistä mukavasti. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio. Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee Grand Tower 1: n (yksikkö 605) 6. kerroksessa. Voit nauttia merinäköalalla parvekkeelta, olohuoneesta, makuuhuoneesta, ruokailutilasta ja jopa keittiöstä. Muut rakennukset eivät estä merinäköalaa. Tästä asunnosta on upea panoraamanäköala merelle! Tämä yksikkö sisältää myös graniittiset työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja täysikokoisen pesukoneen ja kuivaajan huoneistossa. Voit myös kassalla ilmaisia DVD-vuokrauksia paikan päällä ja nauttia niistä Blu-ray-soittimilla jokaisessa televisiossa!

Jos vertaat yksiköitä ja hinnoittelua, muista valita Grand Tower. Suuri torni (a. K.a. Torni 1) on ainoa lomakeskusten torni, joka sijaitsee rannalla. Korotettu poikkitie yhdistää tornin toisiinsa suuriin rakennuksiin ja pysäköintihalliin. Grand Panamalla on todella jokaiselle jotakin! Voit pysäköidä autosi etkä koskaan voi käyttää sitä enää. Voit harrastaa, uida jommassa kummassa upeassa uima-altaassa, nauttia päivästä kylpylässä, tehdä ostoksia tai ruokailla kaikkia paikan päällä tässä upeassa lomakohteessa! Grand Panaman palveluihin kuuluu 2 kuohuviini-allasta, 2 vesispaaraa, uima-altaan puolella sijaitseva Tiki-baari, kuntokeskus, yrityskeskus kokoushuoneella, katettu turvallinen pysäköintialue, kahvi- ja jäätelöbaari sekä ruokailu ja ostokset paikan päällä Grand Panaman kylässä. Beautiful view somewhat dated interior. Only stayed one night as we had a week planned in Seacrest and needed one additional night. Parking was full when we arrived very late ( peak season).

Great stay at a reasonable price!

We enjoyed staying at this unit. It was perfect for our family and is accurately described on VRBO. The condo could be fixed up a little. There were bulbs not working, light fixtures not working, and some normal wear and tear over time. But I think this was a fair price that made up for it.

Nice location, beautiful view!! Resort is very nice. Pool was nice, tiki bar was great. Only complaints would be the elevators which are out of owners control. One was broken and you had to wait forever for one as there are so many floors. One thing would be nice is owners provided some beach towels as obviously that’s why most are probably renting there.

We enjoyed all that PCB has to offer. The pool, hot tub, and tiki bar were nice amenities. We appreciated the regular security guard presence and seeing that the pool was thoroughly cleaned every morning.The location was nice for us because it was away from the busier parts of PCB so we could avoid the added noise and traffic congestion. The drive wasn’t far for us to get anywhere we wanted for dinner though. The details of this listing mention several restaurants on site which is not true. There’s a general store which is small. We only saw one place that advertised pizza, coffee, donuts, and dole whip among other things, but it was not open once all week. We did not see a bonefish grill or the breakfast restaurant in the VRBO listing.We found the condo left something to be desired in terms of cleanliness and the unit looked to not be well maintained overall in terms of just basic cosmetic upkeep. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were pretty sad. My oldest daughter planned to sleep on the pullout couch, but there were no linens for it so she joined me on a bunk instead. There is also a 55 parking fee charged by the resort and that’s not mentioned in the listing. I was unaware until the email I received a few weeks before our stay.

Did the trick for one night but not really a condo

So this hotel is a converted Holiday inn. The room has a fridge, stove and cupboards in it but it's built into a old hotel room. The bed mattresses were really uncomfortable and the pillows were also. The check-in process was fabulous and the manager who we chatted with is also just amazing. The pool was dirty but it's on the beach so there's going to be some sand so it's understandable. We met some really cool people in the pool so as long as you're okay with the accommodations not being that great,the service and the pool and the beach and other patrons made up for it.

The property is as described, but it was not as clean as one would hope for. The balcony area was un-useable as it had a very strong urine smell. Check-in process went well. The property just needs a bit more upkeep. Half the lights were burnt out, light switches broken, balcony furniture all rusted out, and mattresses were wore out. I still believe it was a decent value, as the Grand Panama is a nice place to stay with family. Only wish for building is to get faster elevators!

The room was very clean, with plenty of dishes and assorted pots and pans. Lovely grounds and nice pool area. I guess my only complaint is there is only 3 elevators, and during check out time and check in times there was really long wait times. But overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Grand Panama condos

It was a great location . When we got to our room found it hadn't been cleaned and no sheets for the beds the floors were dirty and gritty with sand and dirty towles on bathroom floor. We paid good money for this condo and expected good service, contated the owner on sunday morning didnt hear from him.so called at 1pm said cleaning crew was coming at 2pm to clean everything. Well we back from beach and all they did was put sheets on master bed and left towles , the 2nd bed and buck beds weren't touched and floors still not cleaned , we were on vacation and shouldn't have to clean up after other ppl. This is the only complaint .

There were 8 adult family members staying in this condo with sleeping room for all. The full sized bunks were a nice addition and I was told they were comfortable. The mattresses in the bedrooms were sagging in the middle so it took a little getting used to but wouldn’t prevent me from a return visit. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and that was a definite plus! Location was good and the two pools were both wonderful!

Plenty of room with an amazing view and location

This beachfront condo was the perfect place for our family of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The view was awesome with plenty of balcony space. This condo was updated and modern, very clean, and the kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to cook meals and eat. There was plenty of room, and no one had to be crowded. The bathrooms are large. The location of this condo is close to the elevators, and the balcony overlooks the pool area and beach. We were less than 200 yards from the ocean, and could see the pier from the balcony. Check in and out process was easy, and the property owner is super personable. We have already began planning our next trip to stay here.

Family Beach Vacation

Grand Panama was wonderful!! The condo had plenty of room for our family of 8. The condo has been updated since photos and was more than what I was expecting. Pool and beach access were great. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy as well as loading and unloading. Condo had all the starter necessities and plenty dishes. The Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom could use updating. It squeaks with every move and the mattress is not comfortable. Overall, the condo was wonderful and we would stay here again.
