The air conditioning cooled off the room well. The property was a little outdated but it was very clean. I will say the walls were super thin. I could hear everything the people in the room next to me were saying and doing.The mini fridge in the room was so loud I had to unplug it. And the toilet seat was not on securely and came off. The bed was pretty comfortable. My biggest problem was the attitude of one of the staff members. Firstly upon checking in, the staff member was very nice. She was friendly and very helpful. I didn't check in until 9:00 PM, and the next morning I tried to get a late check out from a different staff member and was told I couldn't because they 5 check in's later. (Which would be the earliest 3:00 PM).The building was scarce,I saw maybe 3 different parties the whole time. You know how if people have an attitude or just aren't trying to solve the problem it just feels like they are lying? They definitely weren't at maximum capacity and i know he could have let me stay till noon. Oh he did say I could stay until 11:30, but 12 was not possible. I then wanted to get a cup of coffee and since it was 10:30 in the morning I was told that they only do breakfast and coffee till 9:30 AM.. Mind you there's no coffee pot in the room either. Luckily there was still some old coffee in the dining area left from the morning. That particular staff ruined it for me.
