    Paikoilleen mennessä, se ei parane paljon - kompleksi sijaitsee Hwy 79: n länsipuolella Panama City Beachin rauhallisessa länsipäässä lähellä Pier Parkia! Tässä tilavassa huoneistossa on kaikki kodin mukavuudet, täysin varustettu keittiö, huippuluokan kalustus, mukaan lukien uudet verhot olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa sekä nykyaikainen sisustus.

    Makuuhuone istuu aivan Persianlahdella ja tarjoaa queen-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja loputtomat panoraamanäkymät. Vierashuoneessa on myös queen-size-vuode, runsaasti säilytystilaa ja yhdistävä kylpyhuone.

    Nauti päivitetystä keittiöstä, joka tarjoaa graniittiset työtasot ja upouudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ruokapöydässä mahtuu 6 aikuista mukavasti, ja siellä on aamiaisbaari, jossa on 3 ylimääräistä baarituolia. Olohuoneessa on täysikokoinen vuodesohva, taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin.

    Tropic Winds -yksiköissä on syvemmät parvekkeet kuin useimmissa paikallisissa asuntoyhtiöissä, jotka tarjoavat sinulle lisätilaa. 10 - 28-ylimitoitettu parveke tarjoaa suuren pöydän, johon mahtuu jopa 4, ja korituolit, kaksi sohvaa ja toinen pieni pöytä, jossa kaksi tuolia.

Loved this condo. The oversized balcony and location are at the top of the list. It was also quiet and the room was just as described. We will stay here again.

Amazing stay! Beautiful view, best balcony! I could have stayed on the balcony the whole time and been perfectly happy! Comfortable furniture and mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, amazing location, parking deck access was easy and convenient. Best PCB vacation I’ve every had!

Very clean property. Condo was exactly as advertised. We had a small issue with one of the sliding doors but Riley took care of it in a very timely manner. We would definetely stay here again. One word of caution not related to the unit is the elevators have no AC in them so if you are on the 23rd floor and it's hot outside be prepared for it to be even hotter inside. Good thing is they are quick so you don't have to suffer too long

Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Tropic Winds. Great location on the quiet end of beach. Pictures don’t do this place justice. The beds were so comfortable we got a great nights sleep. Management was great to work with. Will definitely be back!

Unit 2305 Tropic Winds

The unit was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Being on the top floor was really cool as you can see everything in the water. The balcony was one of our favorite places besides the beach. The breeze was perfect. Everything was great only thing I wish would be a king bed in the master. But that didn’t cause any problems at all. Would stay again for sure

The access to the beach is completely blocked by an umbrella & chair company which isn’t fair to those who rent a condo!!We had to walk past the building to set up. Parking is awful we have a full size truck and it’s nearly impossible to park.

Spring Break ‘24

Our stay was easy and uneventful, from the booking to the stay and the check-out. The accommodations were exactly as shown. One elevator was not working, but still didn’t have to wait too long. The pool area could use some repair, especially the pool apron and deck. I would recommend Greta to those looking along the P.C. Beach area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't often take the time to write online reviews, but we have been very impressed each year with our stay at Tropic Winds. First, regarding the unit: we again chose unit 2305 as I love the amazing views from the true penthouse floor. Also, the owners of 2305 do a wonderful job of keeping the unit well maintained, along with having a very well stocked kitchen. Also, the location of Tropic Winds on the western end of PCB is great as the traffic is not nearly as bad as staying closer to Pier Park. As far as Greta's Beach Rentals, I have used many rentals companies over the years, but I do not have one negative thing to say. The app is very helpful for check-in and departure. The condo is always ready on time, and is always well cleaned! (This may not sound like a big deal, but with the high change over on Saturdays, I have been some condos that were a mess when using other companies. One suggestion would be to provide some additional bathroom towels as we were constantly washing those throughout the week. I could go on regarding the positives, but simply--I would highly recommended using Greta's Beach Rentals to stay when visiting PCB. I would also highly recommend unit 2305--you won't be disappointed.

The only problem we had was we came in a pickup and it was almost impossible to park in the assigned spot in the lower level. We had to park in the overflow across the street. It wasn't a big deal. If your in a car or suv shouldn't be a problem. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

Our best vacation ever! Panama City Beach is a very beautiful place and renting a property through Greta’s Rentals made our experience unforgettable. Condo 2305 is an excellent condo, very clean and with a dazzling view. Our communication with Greta’s staff was easy and the respond immediately, ready to help us and solve any issues.
