Splash Resort on Panama City Beachin paras lomakohde kohtuuhintaan, joka on myös hyvin perheystävällinen ja majesteettinen näkymä Persianlahdelle.

Tule käymään Splash-lomakohteissa koko perheelle. Splash tarjoaa 400 metrin hiekkarannan, ja vesipuistossa on useita lämmitettyjä uima-altaita, laiska joki, vesiliukumäet, roiskeet ja allasbaari ja grilli. Meillä on myös arcade, pelihuone ja kuntokeskus.

Vapaa ranta tuolit - tuolit koostuvat kahdesta rantatuolista ja yhdestä sateenvarjosta. Tuntuu kuin V. I.P. !!!

Splash-lomakohteiden paras edustaja on yksikkö 1906 itään. Se on 2bd / 2ba (7 nukkuu) yksikkö sijaitsee 19. kerroksessa. Meillä on 3 taulutelevisiota, joissa on Netflix, nopea internetyhteys ja rantaleluja. Awesome people to deal with. Very helpful and they did everything to make our stay amazing. We were walking distance from the wedding. Would definitely recommend. The view from the 19th floor is amazing too!

Must Stay…Book Now

I think this is my first VRBO review but Yuliya absolutely went above and beyond with this condo, and I wanted to make sure I left a review!! First, before we even left for PCB, Yuliya messaged us to welcome us and give us info about the condo and suggestions for fun things to do in PCB. Next, when we were on our way to PCB, Yuliya messaged me to let me know that there were some issues with the AC and that she was working to get it fixed. Keep in mind…this was over a holiday weekend. She offered many different solutions to us in case we decided not to stay if the AC was not able to be fixed. However…she worked her magic and the AC company had the AC fixed shortly upon our arrival. Third, let’s talk about this condo for a minute. It seriously was SO clean and SO nice! My kids absolutely LOVED the kids room. It had toys and children’s books and is just so cute and creative! The beds are comfortable too! Yuliya is seriously the coolest host and includes so much in your stay that I’ve never seen included in other stays we’ve booked through vrbo (baby crib, baby booster seat, toiletries in case you forget yours, extra supplies in the kitchen…I mean seriously everything). She also the BEST communicator!! Last, the resort is SO nice too!! They have a wonderful food and bar by the pool, an awesome splash pad that we really enjoyed, beautiful views, and an ice cream/coffee shop!! Again, I cannot say enough good things about Yuliya and highly recommend booking 1906E!!

Decorated very nice spacious and exceptionally clean

Was immaculately clean, very good communication with owner. Everything exactly as listed. It is very spacious. Saw ocean life from our balcony daily. Nice table and chairs outside for sitting and even eating outside with table. Beds were super comfortable except for one mattress and owner is replacing this weekend.

Our host seems very sweet and very prompt. She was good to check on us through every step from booking all the way through check out!!

We had a fabulous time at this property. They were so thoughtful in all the needs that it supplied, especially for younger children. It made packing for our large family so much simpler. The beach was beautiful and we all enjoyed our time very much. We were super impressed. We would highly recommend this place.

Amazing view and clean unit

We arrived in PCB early. The owner allowed us an early check in, thankfully. We found the unit to be very clean, spacious, and taken care of. The beds were comfortable and showers were lovely. The kitchen is gorgeous! The entire condominium made us feel safe. The heated pool was excellent since we visited in February. I appreciated the prompt communication from the owner! I would love to visit the other properties she has to offer!

Best Christmas Holidays ever!

We had an amazing stay at Yuliya’s condo in Panama City Beach. The communication was top-notch, and Yuliya was always prompt and helpful. The place was incredibly clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. We were traveling with three young kids, and the condo was perfect for them - with plenty of space, a comfy beds, and all the amenities we needed. We stayed there over the Christmas holidays, and it was the perfect escape from the cold weather. Highly recommended!

Unit was ok but property was not clean

Unit was ok. Master bed was not comfortable, kids room tv didn’t connect to anything so was unusable, living room tv remote connects to master bedroom tv causing conflicts, service was really slow, there were no oven mits for removing items out of the oven, hot tub had so much chlorine that it ruined my bathing suit. It was army green and after the first 15 minutes it was the color of mustard and splotchy everywhere. Brown suds in the hot tub! Why are only 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher tablets, and two laundry tablets provided?? We booked for a week and should be provided enough supplies for that time frame. Checkin supervisor lady PAMELA was extremely rude to us during checkin and offered no resolution. Took advantage that it was a holiday and nobody to call. Overall I think it’s time to move on from Splash to a new vacation spot.

Great Property

The unit is spacious and clean. Our only concern was that with a daredevil 3 year old, there was no way to lock the balcony doors where he couldn’t open them. A lock up high would be great. Otherwise, no issues, very comfortable, family friendly, owner was helpful and communicative. Would stay again.

Great for kids!

Very nice, comfortable condo. Owner communicated with us promptly every time we needed her. We enjoyed the balcony a lot. We were expecting a little quieter stay being the end of September, but the place was packed with all ages of kids! I expected that on the one weekend we were there but not during the weekdays before and after. I wonder how many people were really staying in the condos! A lot of times I saw no bracelets on people….I imagine it’s almost impossible to patrol that many people! However, the condo itself was great and the view was fantastic! If I ever have any grandchildren, I will bring them here!

Great Condo for small kids

We had an awesome stay. The condo is was very clean. Housekeeping was great left plenty of dish washer, laundry detergent and trash bags.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this property and it’s owner deserve all the praise! We stayed here with our three boys, ages 12,7, and 2, and we all had an absolute blast. The splash play area and pools were amazing. The unit was beautiful, very clean, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. Yuliya was so kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. She also went out of her way to make sure a beloved blanket that we left behind is making it back to us in Kentucky. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you again, Yuliya, for being such a gracious host!

Best for family

Absolute best, most convenient stay for you and your family with kids. Love the access two chairs and umbrella, has a pool and a bar and Grill. Condo was perfect, had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable, balcony had the best for you. We definitely come here again.

Wonderful stay for your family!

We had a wonderful visit! Property was clean and perfect for little kids (crib & bunk beds). We didn’t have little ones that small, but between the accommodations and the splash/pool area downstairs it would’ve been perfect for a young family! We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were included and bar/grill downstairs. Property owner was easy to reach and very accommodating too! Thanks for having us!

Perfect Condo!

The condo was wonderful and exactly as described in the listing and she will text the door code when the unit is clean and ready which for us was an hour early so that was great. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. The owner even had beach toys, a beach ball, a bottle of wine, coffee filters, bath items, laundry packs, dishwasher packs, dish soap, salt and pepper and lots of little extras like that waiting for us upon arrival. Tons of little extras that made a huge difference. Parking was easy and convenient. Pools, lazy river, and the kiddie water park area were all a big hit. Super easy access to the beach and the included beach chairs was the icing on the cake. Thank you for a beautiful and relaxing vacation!

Great Oceanfront Condo

Condo worked out great for our family of 5. The crib for our infant made everything so easy. View is great. The amenities were great, especially for the kids, though for our stay I wouldn't say the heated pools ever actually felt warm during the unseasonably cold weather (the kids didn't mind, but this pretty much kept the adults out of the water), though this is something obviously the owners don't have control over themselves (but might be helpful to know if you're someone who doesn't tolerate cold water well, like this native Floridian!).

Nice weekend getaway

As a nurse, I had a lot of questions and what if‘s. Like if we went on a mandatory lockdown again. They were very polite and answered all my questions in their entirety. They were always welcoming for more😀 We booked this trip for Dr. Martin Luther King weekend and glad we did. It wasn’t crowded on the beach or condo for that matter (one day we were only ones o. E beach). Everything was easily accessible. I chose this condo for my 19-month-old son as he loves the water and the facilities had heated pools. (It wasn’t as heated as I hoped so we didn’t get in. Although there was people in the water). I also enjoy the fact that the owners had a crib and a high chair in this condo with no extra cost. This is truly a family oriented place. I am extremely happy with my stay and will be back. I ended up inviting my sister-in-law and her daughter and there was plenty of room for all of us. None of us feel cramped or on top of one another.
