    Tropic Winds 1401 on kauniisti sisustettu, loppuyksikkö, rannan edessä sijaitseva huoneisto. Omaisuus sisältää mukautetun lattian, mukautetun maalauksen, nahkakalusteet, mukavat vuoteet, täysin varusteltu täysikokoinen keittiö, pesutupa, massiivinen ylimitoitettu parveke jne. Nauti rantalomasta yhdessä Tropic Windsin mukavimmista asunnotiloista.

    Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, taulutelevisio ja parveke. Nauti kauniista Persianlahden näkymist�� makuuhuoneesta tai nukkumaan aaltojen ääniin.

    Vierashuoneessa on king-size-vuode, jossa on oma pääsy vierashuoneeseen. Katso suosikki elokuvia taulu-tv: ssä. Kylpyamme sisältää yhdistelmän suihku / amme. Vierashuone on tilava ja suuri ja runsaasti tilaa (ei tyypillinen pieni makuuhuone, että muut osakehuoneistot ovat).

    Keittiössä on kaunis wrap-around, kirsikka värjätty, cabinetry. Laitteissa on jääkaappi / pakastin, jossa on jääpalakone, yhdistelmä liesi / uuni, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja ruokaa. Kahvinkeitin tarjotaan, java ystäville, sekä tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin, jne .. Sisältyy pesutupa on pinottu, suuri etupaino, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

    Suuri ylellinen, tilava, lahden edessä oleva parveke, jossa on 20 meripeninkulman + rannikon näkymä, tarjotaan täydellistä nautintoa varten. Onko auringonlaskun illallinen, josta on näkymät lahdelle tai vietä paljon tarvittava nap, jossa on aaltojen ääniä. Parveke on kuolla ja kaikkien tämän ominaisuuden suosikki ominaisuus.

Perfect condo. Very well kept, clean and super cozy. Loved how spacious the whole condo was. The balcony is huge with plenty of comfortable furniture. The elevators were very quick. Never waited more than a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with even better views

We had a blast at this property. Breathtaking views of every sunrise and sunset thanks to it being a corner unit on the east side of the building. Location was great for shopping and entertainment and the beach is great in front of the property. The daily use of lounge chairs and umbrella was also great to have. Can’t wait to go back with our daughters.

Amazing condo! Spotless , most comfortable beds ever , balcony is ginormous!!!! Kitchen had everything we needed !!!! We throughly enjoyed our stay . Fairly quiet for PCB and esp being spring break !! Only two slight complaints, that the condo has no control over . The wind was so high, the rental company didn’t allow beach umbrellas to be put up. If we had our own, we could’ve. We got horribly sun burned . Again, not the condos fault . Last thing , we smelt weed daily on the balcony , not their faults ! Just the day and age we live in.

Great Stay

Had a great time here at Greta’s beachfront rental. Steps to the beach and nice and clean when we arrived. Close to anywhere we needed to go. The balcony is huge and one of the best we have been on. The furniture was lovely on the balcony. Our whole group of 6 stayed long hrs on the balcony in comfort and still had plenty of space. The free beach chairs and umbrella was a major plus! Highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to come to PCB. Great experience our 9 day stay! The owner was very friendly and helped ASAP with our extra parking needs. Will return soon.

Nice place

Iverall, a good experience. The cleanliness was surely lacking, as someone else had also commented in the past especially with a smelly refrigerator. Felt like the cleaners need to be taken to task for that. Owners took the time to decorate the apartment well. Spacious place too. We did have an inconvenience with couple of boxes being delivered at the doorstep, which did not get removed even after communicating with the property Manager, not sure why. They kept lying there all the time at the door itself. Also, they were spot on when the listing said about bringing your own supplies. They have absolutely nothing in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper or a dishwashing tab. So, make sure to bring your own stuff for the kitchen especially if you have children.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is on Front Beach road. Very busy and you hear all the traffic and motor cycles as they pass by despite facing the water. The cleanliness was adequate but seemed like the cleaners only did surface cleaning. Parking in the garage was very challenging if you had a midsize vehicle or larger. We parked across the street in their lot most of the time due to the hassle of going up 2 levels to park in our "spot". The beach crew was non challant. The ammenities were adequate. Nothing special. Beach was gorgeous. Views fabulous. Many rules to obey. No smoking anywhere. Not outside, not on the patio, not on the property or the beach. A little restrictive I would say. Most places say not inside. Once was enough for us for that property. A lot of places nearby to eat. Grocery store and pharmacy a mile a way. We did what we came to do.

Great Family Vacation

The place was perfect, was stocked with everything we needed and more. Great location, the beach was perfect, not crowded like some other parts of PCB. We enjoyed it so much, that on the last day, we decided to stay another night, so I contacted them and there was no issue. They were very helpful and accommodating! We will definitely go back!

Girl's Trip 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location of this condo, overall everything was good. I do think however you need to have a chat with the cleaning staff. Condo looked great when we walked in, but in closer inspection, was not the cleanest. Floors had crumbs in crunch areas, dust and cobwebs in corners behind curtains. I know it is hard to keep windows clean, but the big patio door was smeary 3/4 the way up in an attempt to clean, the rest of the way up no attempt at cleaning at all. I know these seem minor, but when paying a cleaning fee, we shouldn't see these things when first coming in. On a positive note, beds, furniture and placement of the condo were all great, we would definitely book again!!
