Welcome to this charming cottage in Panama City. This excellent property features 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. In the additional living space, you'll find a comfy sofa bed perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Private Waterfront Cottage - Centrally Located to Beaches, Colleges, Publix Sports Complex, Frank Brown Park Sports Complex, and Historic St Andrews. This is a small space, but well-suited for singles, couples, and small families. A family up to 4, or 5 with little ones, should not feel cramped. The main bedroom is a good size, and the bunk nook separates from the living space for privacy. Additionally, you will find the outdoor space adds to the indoor space. The spacious porch is divided into two parts. The front of the house is screened in for outdoor dining or just a little front porch sittin'. The side (backside) of the porch overlooks the canal and the open sky. It is a great place to sit and watch the ducks while you listen to the breeze that runs through the trees that surround the cottage. Please review pictures for spatial awareness.

Have a boat? This oversized property has space for parking a boat or trailer (if you prefer to lease dock space nearby). There are two public boat launches only minutes away and a small marina at the opening of the canal that this house rests beside.

Interested in renting a kayak, or two? For an additional fee, you can rent kayaks while staying at Turtle Cove. It is a very peaceful, short ride down the canal to the open bay where you can watch a magnificent sunrise or sunset...or just spend a little time fishing and playing in the open water.
