I was in a corner room and the property decided to do construction on the rooms directly next to me and directly across from me the entire week of my stay. There is a window off track in the back right corner of the stay and despite me putting the do not disturb sign on the door the housekeeper insisted on knocking on the door and one day when I was out still came and serviced the room. I’m OCD and there’s a reason I didn’t want my room disturbed. There were no washcloths. As far as amenities they give two bars of soaps and the tv was a whole different story, it started out on 3 adult channels and I turned it off. Stephanie at the front desk and the maintenance man were very helpful as it was my first time in Panama. I always felt safe and the AC definitely worked. The rooms under construction were left open so I could see the major overhauls as well as hearing them when I was leaving. I used WhatsApp to reach the property for WiFi because the room phone had no instructions and no real way to reach to front desk. I don’t suggest it if you want to work from your room during the day. The decor and mirrors throughout looked great for content. As a solo traveler, it has its ups and downs at this property so I would give it a 3/5.
