Tämä 7. kerroksen päätyyksikkö on näkymä upealle erittäin pitkältä ylimitoitetulta parvekkeelta (420 neliömetriä), josta on avoimet näkymät rannikolle ja riittävästi istumapaikkoja kaikille. Huoneistossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja olohuone, jotka kaikki sijaitsevat vieressä parvekkeella, josta on näkymät lahdelle, josta on näkymät koskemattomille valkoisille rannoille ja Persianlahden kuohuviinien smaragdin vesille. Tämä kaunis huoneisto on yksi harvoista Tropic Winds 3 makuuhuoneen, matala kerroksen asunnot, joissa 2 makuuhuonetta. Kompleksissa on sisä- / ulkouima-allas, poreallas, sauna ja kuntokeskus. Varattu parkkipaikka sijaitsee kätevästi suoraan vastapäätä hissiä. Lisäajoneuvot pysäköidään kadun toisella puolella olevassa ylivuotoparkkipaikassa.

Kaikki esineet huonekaluista taiteisiin ja tarvikkeisiin on ammattimaisesti käsin poimittuja, joten kotisi poissa-kotona -kokemuksesi on todella ikimuistoinen. Kahdessa valtameren rannalla varustetussa master-sviitissä on king-vuoteet, kaapit, yöpöydät, kaapit ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, lipastolaatikot ja vaatekaappi. Kaikissa huoneissa on televisio ja DVD-soitin. Kolmannessa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

Suuri olohuone on istunut ruokailla kuudelle plus neljä tiskille. Queen-size-vuodesohva, tuolit tekevät tästä yksiköstä täydellisen paikan rentoutumiseen. Poikkeuksellisesti sisustetulla yksiköllä on yhdeksän jalkakattoa, neljä kattotuuletinta, kruunuvalu, parvekebaari, täysin varustettu keittiö ja jääpalakone. Siinä on myös iso erillinen pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Siihen tulisi mahtua helposti kaksi perhettä.

Lomakeskus sijaitsee noin viiden - kymmenen minuutin päässä Pier Park -puistosta, joka on Panama City Beachin tärkein ruokailu-, ostos- ja viihdekohde. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä on useita golfkenttiä, luonnonsuojelualueita ja luonnonpuistoja, syvänmeren kalastuksen vuokrauskirjoja, vanhentamista ja Shell Islandin sukkulat.

Tupakointi kielletty, Ei lemmikkejä. Huoneeseen mahtuu korkeintaan 8 henkilöä, ja ensisijainen vuokralainen on vähintään 25-vuotias. Greta's Beach Rentals haluaa, että kaikki vieraamme pitävät hauskaa täällä. Every detail from check in to check out was absolutely trouble free. The condo itself is exactly as pictured and the view was beautiful. We had all the needed kitchen utensils to fix breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The reserved beach chairs were nice. We will definitely be back.

Only complaint is living room furniture is uncomfortable and condo decor is outdated . We had friends staying on 11th flour and decor was beachy , inviting and comfortable .

Great Spot

Great Spot, condo was clean and well furnished and located on the “quiet end” of PCB. The fact that it had two master bedrooms with kings makes it ideal for families traveling together. Our only complaint…the elevators are slow and seemingly having issues (1-2 out of 3 down at differing times) during our stay. I can’t blame that on the condo owner or the managing group (Greta’s… who were excellent) but to the building owner(s), clearly there is some work to be done. ** if you have a large truck (F-250, 350 etc) consider driving in with something else, parking is premium here. Even in our Expedition, it was extremely tight, there’s no way I could’ve got my truck in and around. All in all, excellent stay !!! Definitely coming back again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were charged close to $3,000 for a week stay, it was so dirty that we had to wash our bedding before we could sleep, the dirt and dust on the furniture was hideous! I have pictures of it all! It was dark, all the decor was dark and depressing. The furniture was beat down and old. It was just terrible. We made it very clear to the owner about our stay and our concern to have paid so much money for such a dark, old, dirty place! The owner didn't even give us a discount but offered us a cleaning fee which five months later we still have never received. Very unprofessional. would not recommend this rental group to anyone.

Awesome balcony, with it being an end unit we got aside view. Pool, hottub, and property were very clean. Easy access to the beach. Liked we were at the end with less traffic. Was easy to get in and out, just drive down to Pier Park. Tubs are very slippery. Need to put bathtub mats in condo bathrooms for guest to use if they want to or list it as an item they may want to bring. Had beach toys for guest to use, and 2 beach loungers were provided for this unit to use. Loved that it had washer and dryer in unit.

What a wonderful condo! Very clean, good location. We will definitely stay here again. Everything was great but that balcony is beyond awesome!!

This place was amazing. The room was great. The view was spectacular. Everything was clean and in order upon arrival. We even got a courtesy call from management a little before we got there. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!

Everything as Advertised

Peaceful and Beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely spacious, easily accommodating me, my husband, my 2 sons and their two friends. It was very nice having 3 full bathrooms in addition to there being plenty of extra towels and bed linens/pillows. The balcony was enormous and it was nice to have access from both of the front master bedrooms. Unfortunately, the weather was too cool to spend much time on the balcony but the view was mesmerizing and sound of the waves were peaceful. The location being further west seemed to be less crowded and noisy but close enough for my sons and their friends to get to the areas of their interest. The furnishings were very nice. The sofa and living room chairs have shown some wear but were comfortable. I particularly loved the dining room set, the art work and the lovely centerpiece. The furniture in the bedrooms were very good quality wood and the mattresses were very comfortable. It was nice to have televisions in every room to accommodate different interests though the television in one of the master bedrooms intermittently had a distorted picture. The owner responded quickly to our response to check it out but it continued to be a problem intermittently. I enjoyed having the availability of the DVD and stereo to accommodate the iPod. The upscale kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, and dishes/glassware to accommodate many people. I loved their were no keys to keep up with due to keyless entry which helped facilitate easy access for everyone. Also loved having a designated parking space right in front of the elevators. We never had to wait very long for an elevator except the time there was a fire alarm which we were not aware of since there was no alarm that went off in our condo. Hopefully this is an issue that has been resolved. In summary, I would definitely recommend this condo and if I am in the area again, I would definitely like to return.
