”We had an amazing stay at Boracay Suites! The hospitality was amazing, the suite was unbelievably beautiful and perfect for our group of 5 people. Even when we left for just 1 hour we would come back to our room being cleaned spotless. When we arrived, we were a bit worried because we were unaware of the location/how the area of the hotel looks like on the outside (it’s in a local alleyway 5 minutes from the main road, a short 2 minute walk from the beach in station 3). ”Very clean and well refurbished. Facing the beach. Roof top terrace. Central, 5 min walks from station one but on the other side of the Island. The beach is for kite surfer and it's more chilled than the crowded white beach. windy and specially in the morning with the low tide the beach is a bit dirty and smelly. The view from my room wasn't nice, it's facing an under-construction tall building instead of the beach. For that price i was expecting a room cleaning service but it wasn't included....

”We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer...

”The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. Too hot with no windows with a big faucet in the room. This is the area where the bad smell is coming from. We did...
