”The place was very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great! They allowed us to do a late checkout which was great, so we were able to freshen up after our city tour, and before our evening flight back to Manila.”

”This new hotel is in good place as from walking distance to great music live entertaiment and nice restaurants. Hotel has nice door service and nice but expencive restaurant. Sometimes they forget to leave complimentaey water bottles and one time to clean the room. I stayed three weeks so saw a lot. Breakfast service was not standard quality. Sometimes good sometines not so good. Depending eho was working. Missed cheese slices and salad table paprika every morning not just rarely.”

”I did not like this hotel at all. I had booked it because it had pool. The room was very simple and in bathroom came very bad smell when i open the room. I asked in reception if there is better rooms available. There was no do i decided to book Richmonde hotel a room and that was excellent.”

”Making a reservation and transport arrangements were easy enough, but the actual stay left a lot to be desired. First off - the AC unit in the room seemed too underpowered for the room dimensions. We never even had to use our blankets when sleeping - it was that hot. Next, there were no amenities in the room itself. Sure, bottled water was provided, but only two bottles. I booked and paid for three people staying in the room. In addition, there was no refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee,...
