”I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. ”

”Great resort for a family. We had two rooms connecting for our three college age children. Loved the staff , Ewe at the bar was great! The waiters Michelle Carmen, Janelle, and many others were so friendly and helpful! We did the private tour to chocolate Hills. Our driver was Rex from Henrys tour group!. He is awesome.”

”The resort is beautifully maintained, and it definitely suits most needs. The 3 different pool areas are the gems of the place! We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was good and roomy, although the balcony was tiny. Daily cleaning service was excellent. Everything worked, and all places were clean. If I would need to give minuses, that would go to the slowness of the restaurants. Service was varying, sometimes we got things we didn’t order and sometimes it was excellent. ”We had a nice stay. High standard, and good activities available. A lots of dogs around, but they are friendly and also vaccinated. I guess some people could react to that, but we didnt mind. The food is very good. You will have a pleasent stay here. ”

”Everything was amazing, and I really liked the location: away from busy downtown, free shuttle to local hotspot, and more. Beautiful rooms, amenities, and other resort offerings. Customer service was great as well, except the room service. Took an hour for coffee and had to call 3 times just for plates and silverware. ”

”Absolutely phenomenal!! Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again. Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu”
