”By far the worst experience I've ever had at a Motel even though I stayed there before prejudice assumptuous only concerned about their money I'm sorry my money early check-fee late check out the fee if they don't have a coffee pot a fee for every aspect of fee if you park in the unload area a fee if they have to give you a key card fee”

”Rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was great and there was a supper buffet as well. Complimentary popcorn was an added bonus! Will stay here again if we ever visit Amarillo again.”

”The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was a functional unit, the air conditioner worked well, the fridge was neat and the bed was in good condition. Breakfast was comprehensive. There were enough parking lots. We can recommend this hotel to everyone.”

”I paid for the jet bathroom but the jet tub didn't work. There were also extra mattresses just sitting in the room like they had been using the room for storage. I should really have asked for a partial refund because it's extra for the jet tub, but it didn't work. ”

”This is an older property so the current owners have been improving the lobby and common areas which looks modern and great. The rooms are still in need of upgrades which we understand it takes time and capital. Some quick fixes are 1. Switching out the toilet seats so it doesn't look scratched up and worn out which will give the bathrooms a cleaner feel. 2. Also, change rhe carpets to regular floors like laminate. The rooms used to be smoking and non smoking and now it's all non smoking....

”The rugs/carpet in the hallways are seriously gross and smell horrible. Great breakfast options and most staff we encountered were very kind.”

”Big room that also looked very nice. Very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Easy parking outside. The only thing is that the rooms can be combined and those doors definitely don't isolate anything, you could easily hear your neighbors talking and watching tv. ”
