”Stayed on first floor. Second floor guest might as well be in the room with you, as even light steps echoed through the room. Bathroom fan either didn’t work or wasn’t even present, was like a sauna after a short shower. The smoke alarm has an obnoxiously bright light that flashes randomly. We’ll stick with Holiday Inn Express”

”Breakfast staff worked quickly and efficiently to keep up with a full hotel of teens and parents all in for regional events.
Our room lacked a few things like working light bulbs in the lamps, lotion was empty, we only had 2 bath towels when there were 3 of us. Minor things we worked around”
