The resort itself is lovely, lots to do, great amenities with pools, BBQ areas, hiking and biking trails, restaurant options. The condo we stayed at was clean, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and easy parking.
Communication with the property owners was great prior to arrival. However, upon arrival, we were to check in at 4pm and there were no keys available until after 7pm with no explanation or prior notice. We could not get a hold of the owners by email or phone to find out if or when we would be able to access the keys. Expedia was great and tried to assist with finding alternate accommodations as they were also unable to reach the owners to find out where the keys were. Once the keys were finally placed into the lockbox and we were able to get in, the unit was a good space for our group. However there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...burnt out lights, broken window screens and handles and sofas that require a good cleaning. Overall the stay at the resort was pleasant, but I would not rent a condo unit from this owner again.
