”Kun olimme hotellissa paikanpäällä palvelu toimisi ja asiakaspalvelu muuten hyvä mutta kun kerroimme huolemme siitä miten emme saaneet vastausta ennen hotelliin pääsyämme hotellille kuljetus asiassa he lähes ignoorasivat palautteemme täysin ja halusivat vaihtaa aiheen nopeasti muuhun asiaa. Maua hotellin takia koko matkamme suunnitelma muuttui luksuksesta, hyvin epä siistiin ja vaivalloiseen matkaan. Emme ikinä voi suositella tätä hotellia kenellekään joka kaipaa todellista luksusta ja aitoa...
”The staff were amazing, they were friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us from learning how to drive a scooter to helping us find a lost phone! Each and every employee welcomed us with a smile. They are an incredible team/family. The space was perfect and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the bed was super comfy. We will miss this place and look forward to returning when we come back in the future! ”
”We spent 4 nights in this hotel and unfortunately we did not enjoy it.
In the daytime this place was mostly OK but in the night time... so loud and restless. There were nights when dogs were barking literally all night long which was so terrible to listen, even the earplugs didn't help. Besides that, the other people (other guests, hotel staff) were very noisy late in the night and early in the morning. Also there was a construction work starting early in the morning after a sleepless night....
”Majoituspaikka on todella siisti ja kaunis. Varmasti kaunein majoituspaikka koko saarella. Näköalat blue lagooniin olivat hämmästyttävät. Aamupala oli aivan loistava. Ravintolassa syöty illallinen ei ollut kovin hyvä. Henkilökunta oli tavanomaisen ystävällistä. Majoituspaikan vieressä remontoidaan ja siitä tuli häiritsevää meteliä. Työt aloitettiin noin klo 8 aamulla.”
”Hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to message her on WhatsApp for whatever I needed. Pool is nice and clean. We even had a massage right in our room. Hotel offers taxi service, tours and bike rental. Definitely would recommend a stay at the Dagan Bungalows. ”
