”Absolutely horrible stay! There is massive construction going on- there is no parking, no pool, dirt/trash blowing everywhere outside on the property AND- it’s loud with all the work going on. At one point, they turned the water off without notifying anyone. There’s construction tape up everywhere and parts of hotel roped off. And the pool being closed— not good at all. It smells awful when you walk into the lobby-Iike mold or something… Was very disappointed none of this was communicating...

”The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. The shower water was not hot is my only complaint.”

”Arrived with a U-Haul truck and found no on-premises parking available for this size vehicle. Parking was not pre-confirmed, but it would help to know only single vehicle spaces were available. We parked on street near hotel.”

”Work for the indoor pool but it was down not able to use for the three grandbabies AC in one room was really nice AC in the other room didn't hardly work at all but other than that the property was nice and good people that work there for the neighborhood it's decent”

”The staff is amazing. I want to say that first. They really try and help those who need it. However, I booked the hotel thinking it would be safe and comfortable . Wrong. There were people outside doors. This happens all through the night. I feel sorry for security because the type of guest that stay there is awful. I would not recommend.”

”Safe place”

”Everything was bad from the beginning. Th room tv didnt work, the a/c wasnt working, and there was roaches. I advised the lady at the front desk so she moved to me to the room exactly above the room and when i got to the room and moved everything i traveled with there was somebody already in the room. So i went back to the office and she claims she put me in a different room than she actully said!”

”Air Conditioning was in a place that kept the curtains blowing open. Curtain was broken when I got there and I asked a staff member to hang it better.no toilet paper holder no soap dish flooring was buckled hole in the wall in the dressing area mattress wasn’t super comfortable floors were dirty.”

”Nastiest place I ever almost stayed , booked for 3 days and I couldn’t last 5 min in the room. Dirty wash cloths and towels . Smashed bugs all over walls and also has holes in walls filled with toilet paper . Bugs in beds and public hair on covers. After all that they refused to refund even though I asked for refund after 5 minutes in room . Drug deals outside of building right in front of main office”

”Ok place to stay. A little outdated and slight odor of mold or dampness. Clean and staff very helpful. Did not like the breakfast was “eat-in” only not able to take to room.”

”Don't know why my security deposit was lost? Left room like I found it. Only stayed one night.”

”I think the breakfast could be a whole lot better. The 3rd floor had a smell like poop everyday. The location is behind a truck stop and it one way in and one way out. Other than that it’s a nice a hotel.”
