”rarely leave negative reviews, but the food at this hotel was completely unacceptable.
Lunch and dinner were extremely disappointing every single day. The buffet had very little variety and often looked half empty, with multiple trays left unfilled. The options were repetitive and limited—basically just chicken and fish every day, with no effort to offer anything different.
Desserts were even worse. There was usually only one option, and it was low quality. The “ice cream” was a flavorless...

”Cool place in a great location to walk to the beach. There are a handful of restaurants in walking distance too, but a few require reservations.
It may have been my particular experience, but I was on a work trip and not at the property between the office hours of 10am-6pm, and it’s pretty difficult to talk to any staff for support outside of those hours. I tried reaching out on Expedia, on their website, and calling the phone number (which never went to a voicemail, just rang and rang)....

Leo’s driving through parking lot with no lights on at all almost causing an accident. At 9:30 pm-10:30 pm this happened on 2/26/2026. All around poor experience.
