”Everything was excelent”

”Very clean, great location with several good restaurants within walking distance, about 20 minutes to downtown Madison. Fun pool and hot tub.”

”Great place to stay ! Has a regular restaurant attached and breakfast is free in the morning. Rooms were a little on the small side but were renovated clean and cozy. Only down thing was pool was closed for remodeling which is a good thing ! Lots of shuttle vehicles to get you around every where. I would DEFINITELY stay here again !!”

”Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. We did not have the breakfast because I was afraid if the rooms and building were that...

”Excellent breakfast selection. The pool area was nice. Our room was very quiet. ”

”The room was clean & comfortable. The stairs & porch needed cleaning. The room had no cup/glass for teeth brushing. Also it’s is above a coffee shop, but they don’t open on Saturday till 8 & 7 on weekdays, and there’s no in room coffee. I really needed morning coffee, but didn’t get it.”

”Arrived to an empty lobby. Waited thirty minutes. With no reception, guest service response or service. We were not able to check in, nor were we provided a refund or any compensation or response from this company to date. Lobby was dingy, dirty and ate probably better off not staying as to afford malaria ”

”The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues.”

”We appreciated the parking, clean room, helpful staff, the breakfast, comfort, and location to our events that took place in Verona and nearby. We would recommend the Sleep Inn and Suites in Verona, WI. The price was right and the important things were on par.”

”If you have an event at The Tin Smith it’s a perfect location. It’s right across from Breese Stevens. Tried to book for a summer concert but the rate tripled so I had to pass. Minimalist environment but that’s all we needed. Friendly staff.”

”Cleanest hotel ever. Granted the building is older, but this is the best maintained property ever. Friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. I mean so many choices, the donuts are in little packages. There is yogurt and fruit cups and fresh bananas apples and oranges. Cereal in little boxes. Hard boiled eggs, cheese omelets, plain omelets. Milk cartons. Bacon, waffles, French toast, sausage!!!! So awesome. Pool was very warm and hot tub worked.Bed was comfy air conditioning worked fine.”

”This was a perfect place to stay while visiting our son. Very clean and had a wonderful outdoor sitting area. The staff was wonderful.”

”I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor.”

”Breakfast was great! Overall, the property shows some wear and needs a little tlc. Missing baseboards in places, bad patch job on the walls, some mold on the bathroom ceiling.”
