”This place is a great - hosts are amazing people. They are intelligent, passionate, flexible, and friendly. Sunsrise view is great. Incredibly safe environment. You really feel like you have a degree of quiet separation from the bustle of Hilo that is only a short drive away. So best of both worlds. The tradeoff is that the village access does require a short drive on unpaved roads. So prepare mentally that this is a slightly more secluded location. You get a simple but thoughtfully...

”This was such a beautiful piece land and it was perfect for our honeymoon location on the island. We are already planning on a return trip with friends and renting the main house with the pool. Someday we want to even move to this island and live in paradise for forever.”

”We enjoyed our stay at this clean, thoughtfully decorated, and conveniently located residence. It was somewhat difficult to find the first time due to all the cars parked on the road, making the driveway hard to find. However, once we found it, we were easily able to find our parking spot and get into the home thanks to the directions sent from Simone. The home is very cozy and we enjoyed our stay. We were thankful for the earplugs as the frogs are quite loud at night.”

”A wonderful guesthouse a few miles outside of town. It had everything we needed and the communication with the owners was great. The only small downside was the combo washer/dryer took 5 hours to do a very small load and we couldn't use it overnight because it was right next to the pullout bed.”

”Overall the stay was great as we were in town celebrating my uncle’s 60th birthday. My only suggestion if possible is the driveway coming in. You have to be extra careful as your car’s bottom might scrape as you drive in and out so be cautious of that but other than that the place was great, clean, and had everything!”
