”Great place to stay right in the heart of Hilo. Whaler's Inn earns its name; part of the enjoyment of staying here is discovering all the little nautical details throughout the house. For example, the drainer basket in the kitchen sink has a little whale on it; later in the stay, I noticed that the TP dispenser was a whale's tail. Very fun, and always in good taste. Recommended.”

”The property is beautiful, lush rainforest surrounded by tropical plants in a private setting just as described. Very clean and perfect for relaxation. Close enough to town but remote enough to enjoy the rain and frogs. The beds and shower are the best! We had a great time and would highly recommend this cabin. It was also nice to be able to do laundry onsite as we packed lightly.”

”Simone provided detailed information on getting to the place, parking spot with pictures which made it very easy even though we arrived late. The place itself is beautiful with a lot of nice touches. It was themed true to the pineapple loft name :). There were a lot of beach gear for us to use, books to read, indoor games to play. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to make a meal and the fans and window ac in the bedrooms helped us sleep well. The place itself felt like home. ”

”The most beautiful place to stay on the whole East coast! And not a bad price either.Was our family's favorite spot out of all the various VRBOs and resorts that we stayed at on the big island. The others may have been luxurious, spotless, and spacious, but the tree house gave amazing big island vibes that were unmatched anywhere else.
