”We likes this hotel very much. If you like to see something else than the chain hotels,which look exactly the same wherever in the world you are then choose this one. We had a king room with harbour view. It was marvellous. Good reef-top bar, dinner at the surf house was superb. Service was great. What we did not like was the breakfast. ”We had a two-storey room with a sea view and it was really nice. The view was amazing over a black beach facing the island of Moorea. The service in the hotel was good. The restaurant was full on Friday and you have to take a taxi to get to Papeete so if you want to eat in the hotel make sure to make a table reservation in advance. The breakfast buffet was not much but as it was not included in our stay we preferred a la carte breakfast which was good and affordable. ”

”We stayed at this location for 8 days in a superior room and enjoyed almost every single moment of it. We would rate the location 10/10. The view is breathtaking! The room design and layout are very well done although the rooms themselves are tired and some things don’t work anymore i.e the lighting in the pool and over the mirror in the bathroom, the waterfall in the pool and the hot tub was dry. ”Great place to stay in town. Center of everything and I’m front of the ferries. Stayed there twice during my time in Papeete. Got the cabin bunk for a solo traveler no complaints communal showers outside that separates men and woman. Easy place for easy travelers. ”

”Overall, I thought it was nice and comfortable. Google maps originally took me to the wrong place, but we got it sorted out. They seem to have a fair number of animals - besides a couple of dogs and a cat, I definitely heard a rooster as well. So it could be a little disruptive overnight when you're trying to sleep if you're not used to that sort of thing.”
