The modern kitchen is generously sized and equipped with all the essentials for culinary enthusiasts, including a large refrigerator, mini freezer, washing machine, oven, and other necessary appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with six elegant leather chairs, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends.
The bright and inviting living room features a comfortable three-seater sofa in soothing colors, a smart TV, and WiFi, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and entertainment. From the living area, you can access a vast and comfortable veranda, furnished with a dining table for four guests and additional seating for leisure and relaxation.
Moving down the hallway, you will find two well-appointed bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom boasts a large, luxurious double bed, ample wardrobe space, a storage area, and a mirror, along with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds, a mirror, and spacious wardrobes, providing a bright and airy atmosphere.
Residents of Universal City Flat Alina have access to a complimentary communal swimming pool, surrounded by greenery, where they can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time.
This property is ideally situated just 5 minutes (2.7 km) from the beach, 8 minutes (3 km) from Paphos Castle, and 7 minutes (2.7 km) from the Archaeological Site of Nea Paphos, making it a perfect base for exploring the local attractions.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
