”We have always loved staying at the Cove and have been coming here since it first opened. First, the Cove pool is closed (relocated to a previously vacant pool area) until December. We were not informed of this prior to booking.At check-in at the hotel we were still not informed about the pool closure, nor that work was being done on the Cove rooms Monday through Saturday 8am-6pm. They also did not inform us that both poolside restaurants at the Reef and the Cove were also closed. Not only did...

”Spacious and clean room, we had booked the one bedroom with kitchenette, which did come in handy to make a quick breakfast before heading out. There was a bit of a musty smell upon arrival but not a deal breaker, and was gone after we got settled in and let some air through the room. Bed was very comfortable, good shower pressure (water has a bit of a sulphur smell- normal for Bahamas), & AC worked perfectly! We did grocery shopping at the Marina Village Grocery store and at the Sawyer Market...

”The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

”This resort was perfect for us. We had a problem at first when we checked in with the view from our balcony ...it was that of a utility wall covering. The front desk did a great job of allowing us to move to another room even though we traveled during a very busy spring break period. We had a two bedroom lockout and it was perfect for our two families. My Daughters family stayed in the larger unit and was able to fit a crib and a blow up toddler bed in the bedroom. It was great having the room...

”We loved staying at Harborside Resort! Atlantis is great, but it is nice to get away from the chaos of the main resort at the end of long days. Shuttle services were constant and available. Our room was clean and nice, pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable and the bedding was scratchy, but it worked, recommend some new blankets.”

”The property was in excellent condition. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was perfect for a family of 5 and included a kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We loved staying on the La Pacifica side, closest to the quieter pool and fitness center. The fitness center has spectacular views and nice amenities, including outdoor workout equipment. How cool to watch whales during a workout! The pools were all clean with comfortable, padded chairs. It was easy to get reservations at restaurants, even...
