”Hotel was quite a big disappointment considering price per night was 900$. We had issues for cold room without heating, no hot water most of the time, and also we had ants on our beds headboard. Cleaning service was not included to the room price which was ridiculous. They did come and cleaned it for free since we had ants problem though. ”Staff was friendly and attentive, Day pass to Atlantis was included with hotel stay and its only a 5 minute walk to Atlantis resort. ”The place we stayed was perfect. Beautiful beachfront property with enough room for 10 adults. Loved the private beach. It was difficult to get food at times so plan ahead. Violas was disappointing ( we once had to wait 2.5 hours to get fried bar food).”

”Loved our stay! Can’t go wrong staying this close to the beach. Great pools. Well supplied kitchen; be sure to hit the grocery store before you head over if you want to dine in a few times. The food at Viola’s was really good - the service was a little inconsistent/slow at times. Look forward to coming back soon!”

”That place and the house was really nice. As you walk in the house you can say you’re home. Everything you need they have it. Kyrene was so nice and very helpful. Ones you get in at her place she has a binder that all questions you have in mind was all there. Highly recommended..”

”We loved staying at Ocean Break Villas. The villa gave us lots of space, was really nice and had a pool within steps of the villa. This was much nicer and quieter than staying in a hotel room. ”Our stay here was what me and my wife needed, the villa was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and more on the quiet side, busier up the beach around Atlantis. ”This was my 3rd stay at The Cove since Atlantis opened (I’ve also stayed at The Reef). The property is generally well-maintained, but showing some wear and tear with age (e.g., mildewed stucco, tattered beach chairs). The room was well-maintained, although the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (stray hairs that were not mine) and semi-dirty toilet. Because I travel with Clorox wipes I was able to wipe everything down to my satisfaction and opted for towel service vs daily cleaning....

Otherwise it was only available upon request with gratitude fee. All restaurants were also fully booked the time we stayed at Atlantis. Staff was friendly and helpful which was positive. Consigliere on the lobby also helped us organize great trip to Exuma with Bahama Boys - 10/10 for that trip! For that money we did expect more from Atlantis but the resorts did offer plenty of entertainment which we did enjoy. "
