”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days.
Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”

”Our only issue was that our room wasn’t cleaned until the second to the last day we were do to leave. I had spoken to a housekeeper during the middle of the week, who was at the room next door. I asked if she was stopping at our room next. She appeared to have said yes but no one showed. Later that day I saw housekeeping and just asked for clean linens and she obliged. Other than that, staff was awesome and we definitely will visit again.”

”Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay for us. The bathroom was not in good condition, and the TV was not working during our visit. The front desk staff were very kind and genuinely tried to help by finding us another room, but unfortunately they were unable to accommodate the change. We appreciate their effort and customer service, but overall this was the hotel where we felt the least comfortable and where we wanted to spend the least amount of time. We hope these issues can be addressed...
