Even next to the outside doors of the pool area. Prices should be lowered until construction is finished”

”We have been visiting Les Arcs for 5 years now, usually staying four weeks. We absolutely love the Belmont, its a great location, the kids can walk to camp but most of all we love the service, Charlotte, Gerianne, Maeva, they are the best. They have been here every single year with a smile on their face. Keep up the good work!”

”I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

”Appartement très bien situé et bien pour une famille mais les lits superposés en bas dans un couloir non chauffé ce n’est pas terrible et d’autres parts , les interrupteurs à l’extérieur ( Wc Sdb etc ) et à l’opposé des pièces pas terrible non plus ”

”Well maintained property with all the basic amenities taken care of. It's well located, within walking distance of the Bella Plagne center with all dinning and shopping options. ESF Skii school is also 5 mns walk and it helped us get private classes for our child. The reception helped us with cab details as we arrived post check in hours with no shuttle service. I only wish we were communicated well on the exact property details as we wasted 1 hour trying to find the room details in Le Quartz...

”The Callisto building was in an excellent position for ski out , close to children ski schools and restaurants . The accommodation itself was brilliant , sufficient space with 1 rooms having a double bed another rooms with a bunk bed and a sofa bed . The views of belle Plagne was amazing ”

”Les sols pas aspirés, miroir salle de bain sale. Literie confortable, bien situé pour les randonnées. Par contre heureusement que nous n’étions que deux (manque de place et balcon très petit. Personnel d’accueil sympathique. Prix excessif pour l’hébergement d’un chien.”

”Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. ”Heureusement qu'il y a le ski ...sinon bof! Bien cher pour ce que c'est! Sale! appart, divan, tapis, vaisselle.....ect. ( plus jamais là) et je suis pas un difficile...mais il y a un minimum. Ils profitent des belles pistes et be beau domaine, ils oublient de fidéliser et promouvoir leurs propres établissements. ”

”Nous étions un peu inquiets suite à la lecture de certains commentaires, mais ce fut finalement une bonne surprise. Nous avions un appartement 5-6 personnes, calme et confortable avec belle vue. Certes, malgré des consignes de ménage strictes, celui-ci était sommaire à notre arrivée mais ce fut le seul bémol. Accès aux pistes au bout du parking, arrivée au local skis aux pieds (quand la neige est là), piscine chauffée, personnel très agréable et serviable. Le petit plus: serviettes de toilettes...

”It was an amazing week in La Plagne. Perfect location, ski-in and ski-out, apartments were clean and cozying. Very friendly people on reception met us and helped with accommodation. I was a little disappointed that the apartment did not have such things as slippers (floor was quite cold without it), soap, WiFi, dishwasher detergent. It is not very expensive but might make a rest more comfortable.”

”A wonderful location and on the whole a well thought out residence. We were in the Emerald block - which is the furthest from reception… but still has easy in and out access and gets the sun on the generous balcony from about 2.30 - for those seeking alternative relaxation to the snow. The spa facilities are excellent, as you would expect from a residence which is only a couple of years old. Apartment is very well equipped - even down to the things that us Brits often find are missing from...

”The chalet was perfect for a big group of 11 men (and room for more!), 5 minute walk from La Roche ski lift. There is a bar and ski hire at the bottom of the lift, although no shop, so we drove up to Plagne centre each morning. Communication with Audrey is exceptional, she is extremely attentive and answers your queries quickly. The living room is great for communal dining and evening entertainment (we played lots of cards). The Olympic bobsleigh is a short walk up the hill.”
