Residenssit – Paradiski

”A eviter !!!! Sale, vieux. Reserver ailleur.

Sinon...

”Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find better properties for the same price. Please stay away from this. I wish I had read all the reviews before I booked it.”

”Everything perfect except for the fact that reception is only open morning and late afternoon. Great ski locker downstairs, pool, sauna, laundry, cleanness, spacious room, location pretty close to gondolas and not far from supermarket(s) so all in all worth for the price I paid via Expedia (around 600 euros per week...direct prices are higher). ”

”Be aware this is a bare bones apartment rental so,: - no linens or towels (unless requested prior to your stay at a nominal additional cost). - no toilet paper, paper towels, soap, or wifi - TV wasn't working. Drain in bath sink didn't drain”

”Absolutatemente lamentable.

”Wonderful view. Central. Spacious especially for the price. Elevator makes it easy to get up to the top floor. Just a hidden gem. Terrific!”

”Logement sale, incomplet, mal équipé, aucuns rangements, matériel cassé, vaisselle insuffisante. Suivi nul Nous n'avons même pas pu y loger. Non recommandable Prix élevé pour l'endroit. Photos trompeuses N'y allez pas Juillet 2026”

”⭐ 1/5 – Misrepresented location, uninhabitable apartment I booked this property because the listing shows a central Courchevel 1850 building. In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit...

”Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

”Emplacement idéal mais appartement vieillot. Cafetière non fonctionnelle. ”
