Artisan Seafront Villa - Treehouse sits in a gated, quiet development on the Cape Greco coast, a five minute drive from the heart of Protaras. It has the easy, sun-warmed character of a traditional Cyprus home: terracotta-tiled roofs, timber pergolas draped in reed shading, whitewashed walls and calm coastal interiors in soft blues and natural wood. The sea is the constant backdrop, visible from the veranda, the pool and the bedrooms above.



Outside, a private pool and an outdoor hot tub sit beside a generous pergola-covered veranda, with a fireplace for cooler evenings and a barbecue for long summer lunches. Sun loungers line the terrace, and there is plenty of shade to retreat to when the Mediterranean afternoon turns hot.



Indoors, the ground floor keeps everything open and sociable: a kitchen, dining area and living room that flow out to the semi-covered pool patio, plus a single bedroom and a shower room. Upstairs are three more bedrooms. The master has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, a private balcony and full sea views; the second double also looks out over the water; and the fourth room is built for children, with a bunk of two singles and a loft double reached by an easy staircase, sleeping up to four. A family bathroom completes the floor.



The villa is comfortable in every season: fully air-conditioned for summer, with a fireplace and underfloor heating for the milder months, alongside quality furnishings, fast Wi-Fi and satellite TV.



It stands roughly 100 metres from the sea, between the lively resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa and the wild beauty of Cape Greco. A footpath directly in front of the villa reaches the water in under a minute; the shoreline here is rocky rather than sandy, but the water is exceptionally clear. For sand, Mimosa Beach is a three minute walk, with a small restaurant, sunbeds and parasols, while the Blue Flag beach at Konnos Bay lies a little further along the coast with full facilities and a relaxed cafe-bar. Nearby, Cliffs Bar is a favourite for a sundowner and Spartiatis Fish Restaurant is a well-loved local tavern.



Just beyond the villa is the Cape Greco National Park, a protected stretch of coastline shaped into coves, bays and headlands, with pine-covered slopes and a history reaching back to Neolithic times. It is wonderful for walking and swimming from spring through autumn, and for hikes and nature trips in the quieter winter months.



Treehouse suits families especially well. This is a residential property, so we ask guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to reasonable levels, and no parties or events are permitted without the host's prior consent.



The heated pool is optional at an additional cost.
