As you enter the villa, you will find the contemporary and spacious open-plan ground floor, living room, kitchen and dining area, all surrounded by large sliding patio doors that lead to the garden and pool. The living room features comfortable sofas and widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels. The dining area has a table and seating for 8 people, and the kitchen is complete with all appliances and utensils.

Upstairs, you will find two of the bedrooms, both with double beds, open wardrobes and bedside cabinets. In the hallway, there is a door leading out to the small balcony with seating.

Downstairs, on the lower ground floor level which is accessed from the living room, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with open wardrobes, bedside cabinets and doors leading out to the shared patio with seating. In addition to this, the lower ground floor features a reception area with a corner sofa that opens up as a bed and widescreen Tv.
