This modern 5 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in the Ayia Triada area, and is just a few minutes drive to the resort centres of Kapparis, Pernera and Protaras strip.

As you enter the villa, you will find the large, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room offers a comfortable seating area with satellite TV, the dining area features table and chairs to seat 10 persons and the kitchen has everything you need and all modern appliances for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Two of the five bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower and WC.

You will also find a utility room next to the kitchen with the dishwasher, washing machine, sink and an extra refrigerator, and there is a ground floor WC.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and the added luxury of a walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom has a bathtub, overhead shower and WC.

The garden features an outside dining area, barbecue, sun-loungers, outside shower, sink and worktop area, and private pool. The pool can be heated for 60 Euros per day. You can also use the central heating for 60 Euros per day. There is ample space for long lazy days of sunbathing and relaxing and barbecues and entertaining in the evening.

There is full air-conditioning and WIFI throughout the villa and the option of central heating and pool heating at an added cost.
