This Brand New contemporary 2 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. With a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is a great central location for getting around without the need for a car. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.

The villas has an open plan layout, combining living room, kitchen and dining area really making the most of the space. For your enjoyment there is also a widescreen Tv with full satellite channels and free Wi-fi connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The ground floor area is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up onto the landscaped garden, kitchen, Bbq and pool area outside.
