Dear Mr Aigerim,First and foremost, we would like to thank you for choosing Vrissaki Beach Hotel for your stay. We would like to thank you for your positive comments about our facilities and our location. We are concerned to note though that the bed and our pool didn't leave you completely satisfied. Let us however, point out some important facts: 1. Of course there is a hair dryer in the room, as well as toiletries which they are replaced-refilled daily or whenever needed, by the housekeeping. 2. There were bottles of water in the mini fridge which are offered to you on arrival at no cost. If you like to buy water in the hotel the cost is 2.00 EUR not 3.00. 3. Room Service is charged and indicated in your hotel directory book in your room. 4. All beds in the hotel and in particular the ones in your room, are new. 5. Air conditioning is working perfectly and we had no maintenance call from your room regarding the air conditioning. 6. All beach towels are removed from the pool attendants, if they are placed on the sunbeds before 8:00 in the morning and if they are placed after 8:00 and stay there for long time without being used by anyone then they are also removed! 7. The salad was taken off from your bill and the Restaurant Manager apologized for the mistake.However, all comments have been passed to the relevant departments in order to be examined and ensure that we are able to deliver the best guest experience possible. Dear Michelle. We are really sorry to hear of the bad experience that you had on arrival at our hotel. We apologize sincerely and we will take all necessary measures to avoid this happening to someone else in the future. The fact that we did not have your reservation was definitely not your fault, and it was not the fault of expedia either. What actually happened is your reservation was sent to us, but not to the reservations department e-mail, but to another hotel e-mail. This caused the problem, and reservations did not have your reservation when you arrived. Thank you and we apologize once again.
