”Feedback has been noted and reported to owner about cleanliness, restroom, loud ac but working great, space in cabinet and other stuff. Hopefully it will be acted upon with the caretaker as the resort itself is nice and could use some renovation in the room. but I do appreciate how communicative the owner is and appreciative of the feedback. At the end of the day this is still a short term stay condotel”

”Check in was a breeze, security guard power trippin over a validated parking ticket, he grabbed our ticket and went to front counter to verify the front counter person like he didn’t just see us go to the front counter after telling us to go to the front counter. Upon check out, it took 30 mins to get a luggage cart, so I had to go down and two empty cart people sitting doing nothing when guest services said they were coming twice when I called. Definitely service has changed since last year so...

”Reception and lobby promised a luxury… it turn out to be something else. Reception could not help us with our check in. Instead one guy without any uniform took care of our check in after 20 mins waiting. Deposit was only possible in cash. Loose floor tiles in corridor and also in shower. There were also some bugs in bathroom and one bathrobe had stains before first use and answer was it is our fault…
We asked for iron and ironing board. He promised to deliver those in the morning… no...
