Raumati Beach is central to a number of facilities including the world class Paraparaumu beach golf club, Southwards car museum, Nga Manu bird sanctuary, Kapiti Island and the cycle and walking tracks in Queen Elizabeth Park.

Coastlands shopping centre is also a 5-minute drive away.

The decks around the property have low railings and care should be taken by all guests.
There is a right of way for the house behind to access the beach via the section.
