”We were not sure what to expect when we arrived. The guy at the front was efficient but curt. The facility was quite nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Although it is clean, it is dated. The price was what got our attention. I would stay again if in Livingstone. ”

”Rooms are exceptional. Quiet and "New." Staff did a great job but appeared to be "short staffed" leading to a unique check-in experience, but, it worked. Overall, I highly recommend this motel. Keep in mind that it is reasonably priced by Tourist Season in Summer prices. It is a good deal!”

If you are looking to get away from crowds and enjoy nature and unplug ….Under Canvas is the place! About 45 minutes north of Yellowstone. So much nicer than Gardiner and much quieter! ”

”Very clean, quiet, and super nice staff. Breakfast was filling, but nothing to write home about. A bonus was the ability to use their laundry facility at no charge. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. There is no elevator to the upper floor, so request a first floor room if you don't want to take heavy luggage up a lot of stairs.”

”We felt very comfortable in this property. It included everything for a very comfortable stay. It was like home away from home. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. We really liked that Yellowstone National Park was so close. We enjoyed being visited by the elk every morning.”

”Everyone was friendly and our cabin was clean and well stocked. Horseback riding was great and David was a great riding instructor. Only complaint would be the pricey dog fees. We take the dogs 3x per year to hotels, and this was more expensive than anywhere prior. Also, when i mentioned the photo showed a TV and wanted to show the front desk girl at checkout, she dismissed me and wpuldnt look up. That was a little weird since the first night it rained, and we were hoping to watch a movie after...
