”I’ve been to many five star hotels and Swiss Luxury Apartments can stand tall beside them. Especially checking in was a stand out performance. Apartment itself was spacious and equipped with latest tech. Staff is there to genuily make you comfortable. Children were noted exceptionally well i.e. complimentary basket packed with baby stuff or high chair in the room. There was one misunderstanding with cleaning on the way which the staff compensated nicely. We felt the surroundings were safe...

”Room was old, with partial lake view (not worth to pay). Room had so small tv, that it was difficult to see the texts from the bed. Bed was very hard, and pillows uncomfortable. Tv´s movie selection very old and in-room dining list bad, so do not plan to stay in and have a romantic evening by just watching movies in your room. The worst was the service at breakfast room, the indian lady was extremely rude, and we waited 15mins in our tables to get coffee and when we get it we waited another...

”A 15-night stay was pleasant and easy, also from working perspective. The (family) room had all the amenities needed. There are washing machines and dryers in the public area which makes longer stays easier. The service was friendly and helpful, what ever questions I had. The public area on the 9th floor is really relaxing, and the super-nice coffee machine was heavily used.
